McDonald's South Oakleigh

Unfortunately either ice cream machine for snakes isn't working or frozen drinks. Bit annoying when you are in the dive thru and cannot order as the machines are out of service. Happens far too often

The birthday mcflurry i ordered didn't come with any custard pie parts or any caramel and the hot cakes didn't come with any whipped butter. Really disappointed.

Ask for fresh fries because they were almost cold and stale. She just gave me more of the same off fries. Nothing fresh.

I was the only customer at the Mccafe and I waited 9mins for 2 coffees to be made and they weren't very hot or tasty.

Its maccas. I needed a power point to recharge my phone, id walked several hours. I ordered cos i dont like asking for assistance without supporting the business. They didnt have a power point

Worst food and service was absolutely rubbish. The burgers where dry and the chips were old and tastes like cardboard if I was to eat cardboard. Won't be returning to this one.

Just order from this place and didn't get what we order I ask for two Mac Chicken with bacon and cheese, but got one normal Mac chicken and a Mac chicken with just cheese no bacon.

I understand you guys are under alot of stress but please make sure you get the order correct, or it will make people not come to your restaurant, also if your chips have been out in the warmer for too long, please cook a new batch, and throw out the old one.

Would rate 0 if possible, took them 4 attempts to get my burger right even though it's written on the docket attached to the burger wrap
Managed to get a big Mac without any big Mac sauce on it.

Menu items listed and ordered at counter to be later told that it's not available with no suitable replacement

Fresh chips and burgers seldom do I find a MacDonald's that gives me both without asking for it. Staff are also friendly and well experienced, my wife ordered her usual coffee; "lactose free chai latte dirty", alot of MacDonald's staff usually have to ask their manager to help but not here. Also overall a clean MacDonald's compared to some.

Worst customer service I've ever had & when I went back & still just yesterday the morning staff round 4-5an need to learn to smile & use manners please thank you it's for free!

Very nice place. Having different type of seating arrangements. Very spacious. Car Parking on both sides of the building making more comfortable for people to park the car. Providing take away and drive through facility is a plus.

Didn't see disinfecting tables after use or before use.

Always gets my orders wrong.without a doubt.always have to check I got what I paid for. Food looks like it was thrown across the room prior to packing.

Worest mc donaldo you will come across. I had to wait like 10 minute just for 1 chicken wrape and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I waited in the car park unti a time came that i had to go in and ask for my order.

Extremely poor service. They keep customers waiting for upto 15 mins to take the order and staff doesn't understand the order majority of the times.
It took 20 mins to serve me a cheeseburger.

Slowest McDonald in the area. In nights they will take atleast 10 minutes to just start your order no matter you order a single apple pie.they just prefer drive thru and if you are in restaurant.they r never gonna ask you.

They need to renamed Drive Through to Park Through. Spent 20 minutes waiting for coffees, which finally arrived not hot, not luke warm but cold. There were few custimers inside the restaurant as it was early Sat morning. If park through is the mode of operation then go across the road to shopping centre and get a decent hot coffee from professionals who care about customers ifrom the coffee shop inside centre. Just not good enough guys!

It is untired and not much in like cakes or those they had before It needs to make sure there services by the works is much better than it is.

Absolutely terrible. Drive thru always made to wait or order stuffs the order up. Using just a few teenagers to run a store. Shame!

The service was absolutely great, the girl at the drive thru was incredibly nice (saturday 16th january, around 10: 30am, the lady was wonderful) and it’s one of the best services at mcdonald’s that i have ever done.

Their apple pies are so fresh, they pick, cut and make their apple pies right here, right now, so that's why I'm waiting for a damn small apple pie for 30min! No one is drive thru, only 4 or 5 people is waiting and ordering, but there are 8 people in the kitchen! Unbelievable!
