McDonald's South Melbourne

Pretty standard across the board. Looks great in the photos but what you get in the box is pretty foul.

Didn't have my thick shake that I paid extra for ended up getting cheaper drink and offered nothing to fill the difference in funds.burger came out like a squashed pan cake

Just waited in the drive through waiting bay for almost 30 minutes for a frappe that literally takes 30 seconds to make. When I went in to ask they said the machine ran out of coffee syrup. Would have been nice to know that before I waited half an hour. Absolutely pathetic and abysmal service.

I found the place filthy and disgusting there was rubbish sitting on most tables and food and scraps all over the floor even in the kitchen and when we got our food it was cold and we had to take it back asking for fresh stuff

McDonald's is the same everywhere. This particular one is a little nasty and a little bussy at times. But other than that you should already know what you are getting into.

Dirty place the toilet and floor especially in the women's absolutely disgusting Blood every where. Not a family friendly place especially for kids. Order always wrong in drive through. NEVER GO THERE.

Typical Macca's. Actual meth head ordered in front of me. He was peaking.walking around in circles really nervous.
Rubbish everywhere throughout the restaurant which is common place these days. Most toilets are cleaner than your average Macca's. Maybe one day they'll put staff out on the floor and try to keep it relatively clean instead of someone doing a 'run' every 30 min. And this was a Monday night!

About the worst Maccas I've been in. Extremely slow and dirty. Toilets were gross with piss and beer bottles. Order took over 15 minutes and still wasn't complete when it arrived.

This place is one of the busiest McDonald's outlet that I've been to. After a massive renovation last year, this place now become cozier than ever. I always have the happy meal for my son and a cup their amazing barista coffee for myself. Standard latte or flat white, with tow sugars packets. There's an option of table service, so you don't have to wait in line. You will have your food delivered to you. All good!

I mean. Its McDonalds.
Coffee is a bit inconsistent based on who is working, the ordering machines break often, and it can get very busy.
But again, it's McDonalds

Went here for lunch at 12: 30 and got our food at 1: 00. Frozen coke was not nearly full
When finally got our food my quarter pounder had onion chunks all over the box and the Big Mac looked like it was made by a toddler. Would not come here again. 1 star

Went twice and both times had absolutely terrible outcome. Won't go back! No chicken in the chicken burger and extremely over cooked brown hard hashbrowns next morning. When we complained we got no apology just a ok i will follow that up fob off.

The one handbasin in the women's toilet had a broken handle. It was an extremely long wait. It was a Friday night (i.e. The time of night where most people don't order coffees) and there were three, almost full, bottles of milk sitting out on the bench instead of being in the refrigerator and the burger buns tasted weird.

Worst and slowest mcdonalds in the world. The staff is always late with orders and never organized. All the other mcdonalds in Melbourne are so fast and effeciant.

After waiting 10 minutes for our order via drive thru, we received cold egg and bacon muffins. What ever happened to "there will be a one and half minute wait for your order"? Remember those days.

Filthy and disgusting at 8pm on a Wed night. Rubbish lying around on sticky tables, seats and floors and in view of staff on front counter. Not inviting at all. Lucky to find a clean table and in the 45 mins there, no one bothered to clean or attempt to tidy up! Disgusting. Then there were the filthy toilets, avoid!

I really like the external elements and sights of the location of this restaurant. The interior is always well maintained with an assortment of interesting areas to be seated.

It's just another Maccas. We ordered two coffees and waited too long for it, the taste was less than average.
