McDonald's South Melbourne

Maccas used to have the best fries but these ones were a disappointment. Service was friendly and efficient.

Never get a hot meal.
Chips are always soggy and cold.
Ice cream and thick shake machine Been out of order over 2 months.
Place needs a real make over on the quality of the food going out.

Is handy being open 24/7 and being as blew to get delivery as well, but should work on level of freshness with their food.

It's a McDonald's. It's not like you go there expecting 5 star service. But, if you want to go through a drive through, order your food, stop at the first window to pay only to realise that there wasn't anyone manning the window.

Then when you move forward to the second window to get your food and they give it to you (without paying by the way). You tell them that you haven't paid.

Surely the response would be "let's just bring the EFTPOS machine over here". No. Their response was to make us give the food back, and drive back through the drive through. And act like we where stealing food. When we brought up the fact they didn't charge us. Zzzzzz

Know this won’t make a difference to this giant, but food was rubbish, had to wait in bay, and when home realised they left a quarter of the order out but of course charged me.

Simple order, hotcakes, drive through. Not busy. Managed to muck up the order, asked to wait. No worries. Waiting. Eventually went inside to see what was up. Order sitting there getting cold. Response was 'no one to run it out to you'. Its not hard Macca's, a boy of respect towards customers and their time would go a long way.

Late night snack. It's not hard to get an order correct especially when its not busy. Don't know how you get McChicken from large fries. Only two apple pies not three and very cold which were either not cooked right or had been out of the warmer for a very long time. Worst coffee in a long time. This store is almost as bad as Whittlesea

Cheeseburgers are not required to include pickle and onion at this McDonalds. They are consistent in this opinion.

Service was SO fast at peak hour in the morning and everything was in the bag. Can't complain with that)

Very busy and a bit short staffed, but on Mothers Day not everyone turns up for work!

Needed bathroom in a hurry. Clean and tidy but very old fashioned, needs a face lift.

Bathroom and Store rated about 4 out of 10.

The worst MacDonalds on earth, always dirty, slow service, and wrong orders followed by cold food. Others places better option's

Disastrous customer service. Had to return to get refund for overcharge at the morning drive-through, did not get napkins, did not get a sorry. "I'm NOT lovin' it"

Worst McDonald’s i ever been. I waited for one coffee for 20 minutes and it wasn’t any rush in the restaurant

Getting in and out is a bit tricky.parking has to be paid for. The toilets were out of order. Maybe they would not allow to use them due to Covid.

One of the busiest branches.when it is busy you increase your chances to get something cooked recently!

Ordered 3 coffees.the place was quiet yet i ended up waiting 35m.when I asked how much longer it was going to take. I got told they would make them when they get around to it.because they have other things to do.this place is a complete joke.

Food was good but service wasn't the best. Slow serving times even while it was close to empty, hopefully their was just a situation in the kitchen.

This branch is the actual worst. I live right by it and have to say they manage to mess up a simple combo order literally 50% of the time. Seriously. Even when they aren't busy. Wrong drink sometimes, wrong toppings sometimes, one time entirely different burger than my order. I totally get messing up now and then, but half the time? C'mon guys.

Vomit everywhere in the men's bathrooms, even dried and everywhere. Alerted staff to no avail. Food was disgusting and very low standard

The most amazing staff, the manager is so attentive and welcoming. Friendly, beautiful people. I had a great time, the food, the drinks.each item is better than the next! We went for my best friends birthday and I didn't want to leave; this is my new spot!
