McDonald's South Melbourne

Lousy service. Fast food restaurant but work carelessly missing item n waited more ham 20mins when item already there n cannot be bothered to give customer. Tried to ask the guy but ignored me.

Waited literally 15mins for a hash brown and Angus burger with bacon. When I finally got the burger, it had no bacon in it! Don’t f”n bother

We finally ordered our food on one of the instore screens with the direction of an employee, we were told to take a # and take a seat. BIG mistake! We watched at least 7 people come in, order, receive their food and leave with their receipt instead!
We finally got our food and our fries tasted like next morning fries!
Taking them back up for fresh ones, we finished the rest of our meals and were still waiting (not a busy time at all) we had to go back up and ask for them, to which we were told "Sorry, we forgot"! When we received them they were half full!
Not a smart free 45 minute time limit in the carpark if you can't get your food out in time! Also the whole restaurant was filthy, we had to clean our own table and WHILE WE WERE EATING we had someone come to wipe down our table.totally unnecessary considering we're EATING and the rest of the surrounding tables were still over looked and left to their filth!

Long wait, overcooked chips with no salt on them. Tide was out on the drinks and they were completely flat. Burger was ok, girl that served us was nice - but this was the second out of two bad experiences at this particular Macca's so wouldn't go back personally.

Such a great location, busiest maccas in Oz surely, they keep up with that alright, be careful about parking though, get a ticket before you go in!

When I order a burger without something.onions for example. I expect to receive a burger that has never had onions on it. Not one where they have attempted (badly) to scrape them off the burger or the bun. Happened multiple times here.

Left my order of 1 large chips to the side and then threw it out after 10 minutes. Then got an accusatory look when i asked. Doesn't get much worse than that at a McDonalds.

Besides that it's a busy, up-to-date McDonalds venue.

Longest wait for any order, at almost any time. Most staff have zero customer service skills. They always seem flustered and disorganised.

Absolutely disgusting place. Toilets are filthy, made a complaint and nothing done. Nothing but a cesspool of a place. I would gladly give it a minus 10 stars if I could.

Staff were amazing today, l had to change my order and it was sorted with a couple of taps on their keypad. Food was served fresh and hot. This is why it's such a busy place.

Orders a Flat White coffee and had a sit in. The coffee was made and left sitting for 10 mins when it was finally delivered it was ice cold. The Barista was not at all helpful when asked her if she had made the coffee. Last time I have coffee at this store. I would give a Zero rating if it was possible.

The worst McDonald ever. We ordered through Uber Eats and half of our order didnt come. Called the office no one answered. Every single time we order from here we are disappointed. We wont be using this McDonald again. The Worst.

My partner and I did 2 seperate orders. I ordered just a cheese burger and large fries and she ordered a choc frappe, Mac chicken meal and nuggets.

We waited 15 minutes just for my order, 20 for my partners, in which they tell us we’re still waiting on the frappe. We wait another 5 minutes, ask where the frappe is, only to be told that sorry the frappe machine isn’t working and it’s undergoing maintenance.

If you’re doing maintenance, then let the people who order frappes know as the order
Comes up. Don’t make us wait 25 minutes to tell us it’s the machine is broken.

The only helpful girl was a girl with red hair and glasses, who was very apologetic and doesn’t understand why we weren’t told about the frappe machine on order. But unfortunately she doesn’t have the authority to give refunds, so she fetches the manager who wouldn’t even look at us, doesn’t apologise and then walks away. Absolute disgrace.

Aside from the red headed girl. Staff are unorganised and useless.

Poor hygiene and very bad quality management they are not following the hygienic policies as known globally. Poor toilets maintenance.

Just the samejunk but its truly not the best macd's, this one. Dirty, slow, poor service and high traffic are some of my complaints.

What an excruciating amount of noise. This place is terrible. We had no way of knowing when our "food" was ready because they just call out a number, but you can't possibly hear a thing in this place. Also, several of the touch screens where you place your order were broken. Bad experience.

Long wait in the waiting bay just to get wrong sauce and no drinks with our order. Quite the disaster. Accidentally got free nuggets though so?

Great food and quick service and reasonably good prices. Milkshake machine always seems to be broken though: ' (. They have a good breakfast menu and usually you can find good deal in newspapers. Not e exactly sure what's in the food but I'm not sure I want to know:). Perfect place to go if your in a rush and need a quick bite to eat.

25 minutes to fulfill our order for two bacon and egg McMuffin meals and hotcakes which were stone cold. Needs work.

Worst service. 11 mins wait for a coffee. Ended up asking for a refund. Order was flashing up on screen but not one.not one employee walked over to the McCafe. Lost me.
