Always feel like an inconvenience when visiting this restaurant.staff always seem preoccupied, tonight took the cake though, i don't mind paying extra for a thick shake in my meal, but if you can't give me one, why should i have to ask for my money back, it shouldbe automatic. Worse still, to then ask if I'd like the difference back and make an offhand comment "it's like 80c" this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.i ain't lovin it.
I Walked into this McDonalds on Easter Sunday looking for a meal only to be greeted by and extremely dirty front counter and drinks area with minimal staff, I ordered my meal and went to find a table, again the tables were extremely dirty to the point where I had to clean them myself with the napkins supplied.
Totally stuffed up order no sorry nothing, staff arguing, no hash browns for anyone never again
While I know it's silly to expect anything special from McDonald's it's hard to be happy when you never get in and out of this one quickly.
I don't think I've ever been through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes be it for a single burger or a meal.
Like most people I visit McDonald's enough to know bad service from good and it doesn't matter the time of day you will always be waiting, be it in your car or walking in.
Not impressed at having to wait for my coffee while the manager on duty and a staff member go out front to meet a friend.
I was waiting for my mcchickin meal for half an hour and I got nothing but a bunch of mushed up chicken and no fries, also to point out the manager was extremely rude to all the children in the store by kicking some young children out of the playground for absolutely no reason at all absolutely gob smacking
