McDonald's Somerville

Very disappointed to get home and not have everything I had ordered, I asked was it all there and was told yes and then a pain to go back and get what was missing and my other food being cold

Went into mcdonalds last week and was served by these two really happy positive girls by the name of Jeorja and Christina, there was another girl there too but i didnt catch her name: (they all had the biggest smiles on their faces and seemed so happy to be there, it made my experience 10x better so thankyou!

Sick of ordering something and they say "sorry that machines not working at the moment" Why not get it fixed it broke 3 weeks ago!

Pot luck as usual for McDonald's. Sometimes they get your order right, other times not. Food was right this time but cold and had to wait 10 mins for fresh non congealed chips. Can't blame the kids as McDonald's engaged the "child labour" model for employment with rarely a mature adult to be found so how can they learn. Still makes me smile that they believe a hamburger shop is a "restaurant". They obviously have very low standards if they consider a hamburger shop staffed by kids as a restaurant.

When in to Macca's Somerville, ordered our meal, one item being a Caesar Crispy Chicken Wrap. Got our meal, headed home, took a bit, and spat it out, it was a spicy wrap, cannot tolerate spice in any form. The receipt shows a non spicy wrap. So someone in the store cannot read!

I was in distress – on the verge of tears but suddenly, my guardian angel, one of your fellow employees, Jeorja, helped me and informed me that for the information I yearned for, was to be found on the MyMaccas App.get this gal a raise!: P

Twice we have ordered home delivery and twice the drinks were wrong and the chips cold and soggy even though the driver came straight here. We tracked them

Ordered a sossage and egg muffin meal with OJ drove 10 min down the road looked in my bag and got 3 harsh browns and chips the only thing they got right wz the OJ

Waited 20 min to be served at counter when I approached the manager she directed staff members to serve me she then left and served her friends at counter I questioned again and was informed there will be a wait as drive through is busy.

So i order a Caesar wrap today, really quick service and food was hot and fresh, i would like to appreciate darren the lit crew trainer for making this wrap as it was the most beautiful thing i have ever seen, i go up to Darren and said thankyou to him for making this sooooo goood and told him it look like something else that i have seen before that Darren owns himself wink* wink* Darren u know what i mean.and thats how i made his day

I went through drive through yesterday afternoon around 3pm the girl on drive through was very polite however the girl at the other end had a bad attitude and I didn’t get my whole order! Please check before giving to the customer! Yes I did as I drove down a bit but didn’t have time to run in to correct my order!
Please be more vigilant! Also if you’re staff are in a mood maybe make them stay out the back and not in the roll of customer service!

Nothing too good or too bad. They left my fries on the bench too long and I hate that but the chicken pieces were hot

A shout out to the AM drive through staff.always friendly and polite. I work locally in Somerville and it is always a plesant experience when you receieve 10/10 customer service (especially in the mornings!)

Every time I come here, there is a small dream in the back of my head.
The dream that a young man; James Davy will create my order. It all started one year ago, I was a mere denizen of Somerville, with no home and nowhere to go in life. I went to McDonald's for my fix of delicious fried chicken and flame grilled 100% Australian ground beef.
As I sank my teeth into my cheeseburger the mouthwatering flavor of the meat patty made contact with my tongue, as my taste buds were exposed to the juices excreted from the meat I had finally realized it, this was the best burger I have ever, and will ever have.
As I finally began to register this reality I felt tears began to seep down my cheek, this burger simply could not be beaten in quality or craftsmanship, everything I would eat after this burger would simply be a disappointment compared to the likes of this burger. My single tear was shortly followed by a tsunami of them, I had began to weep. I tried to disguise my wailing but it was uncontrollable and admittedly, I caused quite a scene. Moments later, a young man approached me, he consoled me and really made me feel at home within McDonald's Somerville, I request to meet the person who manufactured my burger and the young man told me he was in fact the skilled craftsman who made my burger. I ask for his name and he replied two words, "James Davy".
This moment turned my whole life around. I continued going to McDonald's Somerville as often as I could since I had eaten one of James's burgers, I actually met my wife on one of these trips and I'm glad to say we're having our first child in less than 3 months time (It's a boy!) and I plan on naming him after after James, the man who gave me the motivation to keep on pushing in life and instilled within me a strong grindset (grind mindset)
The 100% Australian ground beef cheeseburger James made for me on that fateful afternoon taught me much in life.
You should go to McDonald's Somerville.
You should eat one of James Davy's 100% Australian ground beef cheeseburgers.
You should win at life.

Best place on earth but the burgers are always 100x better when that really handsome looking guy name james davy makes them

This place always seems to get my order wrong except the coffee.coffee is always beautiful and hot

No worse than any other McDonald's. We ordered BBQ Angus bacon burgers but the burgers, as usual, didn't look like the picture. The meat was all grey, stewed and dry like thick felt. All the sauce, mayo and cheese were liquid and just caused all the filling and buns to slide around and run everywhere. In fact, it didn't seem to have anything else except grey meat, thick liquids and soggy buns. The chips were ok.

Entered the drive thru clean shaven. Exited the drive thru with a fully grown beard that could rival the guys from zz top

Great food prep, fast service. Modern interior. Small restaurant but well prepared food and friendly staff.

Blah.such a below average Macca's. Consistantly, almost average. Staff look miserable in the later hours.
