McDonald's Somerville

Once again disappointed by McDonald’s. Somerville really has to be Australia’s worst McDonalds! It’s a dirty cluttered disorganised shop. Ordered a couple of Tim Tam McFlurrys tonight for a little treat and was very disappointed, got a few crumbs of a half a biscuit between both and that’s it, a complete ripoff!

Thankyou for reminding us of why we avoid going to McDonalds!

Service is very slow and the shop is not clean. Staff can be friendlier. Quality of food average.

Only giving 3 stars because the food is nice when YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT.
Every single time I have ordered from here there is something missing.
We just received our food with TWO items missing and my coffee has also spilled everywhere. Very frustrating yet I keep going back because I give the benefit of the doubt

Somerville Mc Donald’s is honestly a let down every time I’ve been, get home to something missing from the order or something left of a burger, some of the staff are absolutely lovely. But every time I’ve been something is always wrong

It is ok but the drive through is a-bit stressful, cars coming in from two directions and blocking traffic, maybe this can be worked out?

Probably the worst customer service ever in maccas, I kept asking for their attention, no one responds. Moreover they laugh at you without properly responding.

Great service went there at 2.30am after flying in from Queensland, only McDonald's around the area that was open as it should be as they are 24 hours.
Food was cooked hot & fresh was such a nice change.

It doesn't have a disabled entrance which in this day and age it's an absolute disgrace

This is quite literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Every time I have come here they have gotten my order wrong, missing items, wrong items, you name it they have messed it up. Not to mention my partner has a severe allergy to pickles and there has been countless times we have mentioned the allergy and stressed that there is to be no pickles on the burger and I can’t tell you the amount of times staff has still left the pickles on the burger. The items are clearly on the screen and the receipt so I don’t understand how they have missed them. Being a previous McDonalds employee it is almost impossible to mess up orders as much and they do here. I don’t know how this store is run but it seems like it needs to be changed.

Front counter staff including manager just talking with each other and customers waiting for their food from more than 20 minutes even i waited more than 30 minutes even it was really quite. Mason (with nose piercing) havent done anything for my order and let me wait so long and even ignored me when i asked me for my order. Really very bad experience with staff and manager.

They always get my meal wrong and we have been waiting 15 minutes for a frappe that none of them know how to make. We have watched them pour it back in the blender 3 times. Train your staff xoxoxoxo

Walked into the store and stood patiently at the counter for over ten minutes and was completely ignored by all staff who were too busy having a chat. Eventually walked out and went elsewhere as I count get any of the staffs attention.

Every time this place messes up my order, I understand you get busy but this is getting ridiculous

As soon as I walk into the store, I met the most handsome fellow. As soon as I saw him I knew this was the best Macca's ever as it contains the work of James Davy. 10 out of 10 would order from here again if he works there if not 0 out of 10.

I think it was the 11th of June when I came into the store to get myself some McDonalds. I was having a really tough day as I was feeling homesick as I have just recently moved to Australia, and decided to confide in my trusty old friend - the cheeseburger combo. When I came into the store I was served by a lovely teenage girl, I think her name was Christy or Christina. I'm not too sure, my brain gets a bit foggy sometimes! But I was served by her and she was so lovely and noticed I was upset and so asked me how I was and also gave me a cute little compliment on my outfit! She then gave me a lovely warm smile and served me my food so quickly! Her customer service was just brilliant and she just radiated such positive vibes and she made my day so much better! Christy or Christina, if you see this, thank you so so much for making my day a little less dull! You're a star, keep shining! I will definitely be coming back and Somerville McDonalds will now be the McDonalds store for me!

Not somewhere I'd go, took the grand kids there for their birthday, but even they left half of their food and drinks obviously not impressed with their food.

The worker who served me on Sunday (Christina) was so lovely to me and made my day so much better! #livelovelaugh

Make sure you check your order before leaving the store. Ordered the 40 nugget pack, got home to find they'd only put in 20.

Ordered a warm hot chocolate, received boiling hot water that burnt my tongue. Imagine if I was giving it to my kid. Not good enough, very disappointed.

No food purchases. Just a review for the girl taking orders on the drive through at 3: 10pm today on 23/2. Just sounded happy and stoked to be there. Give that girl a raise it brightened my arvo. And 5 stars for the no sugar frozen coke as well.
