Wait for a while in drive thru was only car. Took them approximately 10 mins to make 2 classic chicken.

Hopefully the standard will improve soon. Used to be nice to grab coffee. Left and gone to another McDonald’s this morning

This store is one of the worst stores. I was happy to wait 7 minutes for fresh food, but when 7 minutes turns to 25 minutes, and your food never comes, and is handed out to other customers. I got a refund and walked. Will never shop at this one again.

I needed something to eat and had a bit of time b4 my appointment, so stopped to get breakfast. Got table service and it was really good and enjoyed my me time b4 I had to be hands on with work.

No good i think its a plot to forget part of your order so it becomes a profit at the end of the day poor service and the manager it always shouting and pushing his staff so that could be the problem

Don't except customer service or a smile. Long wait on food when the other customers behind you get fresh hot food. Before you. Expect a 10 minute wait and don't forget the sundaes need to be melted before you receive them. Poorly does not describe the experience. Large fries below!

Probably the worst macca's i have been to apart from Narre. Service is ok but almost guaranteed to have you're order wrong and 96% of the time you're sent to the waiting bay: (I ordered 2 big macs once and one of them was sent out without buns?

People who why are McDonald's staff being so tight with fries? I mean the packs or box aren't even getting filled.

One of the best in Melbourne. Clean venue, always friendly staff and fast service even on busy weekends. Highly recommended.

The customer service staff here are all stupid.they couldnt get my order right even though it was so simple.really really really really really STUPID.

I asked for 2 Big Macs one without meat. Obviously they can’t communicate with each other because I received both without meat. Not a pleasant experience here. Other than that it was also old and dry

Service and food were really good. However the toilets were terrible, very dirty and had to hold the door on the cubicle as it was broken.

I experience the worst costumer I have ever had with a women called Karen. She was ignorant rude and valgour. I’ve never seen someone treat fellow staff members with so much disrespect yelling at them telling them to hurry up. She should be reviewed. I also got a shell in my egg great maccas

Store has so many ripped seats and is looking tired. Not up to the normal high quality you expect to see at Maccas.

You know all about McDonald's. Cost 60cents and it's not healthy. But I gave them 4 because they staff are just as lovely. More than better. And people enjoy their meal part of it because of them. And not 5 star because it's not healthy guys
