McDonald's Rowville

Ordered a medium soy latte with one sugar at the drive thru. During my commute home I took a sip and discovered it was full cream milk. It was a minor inconvenience, that was until I pressed down the 'soy/decaf' tab on the lid. Problem solved.

Was refreshing to have hot, fresh fries that were still crispy, gravy wasn't stingy.however, burger had no lettuce in it even though it was specifically ordered, was fresh and well presented, staff were polite and easy to place an order with

Went to McCafe for coffee, dining in, barrista was good but the table, floor and even seat were all dirty at the booth, even though it looked like it was cleaned I could feel salt on the seat and there were chips under the table: if you're going to pass McDonald's off as a restaurant or cafe and jack up the prices by doing this and offering table service, you definitely should do a better job cleaning.

Good service, food well made parking good and they have improved drive in to two lanes which has improved

They Forgot my order when I was in the waiting bay after going through drive-through but The manager was very apologetic and gave me a five dollar voucher thank you for just saying sorry very appreciative

Floor below self order machines was greasy and slippery. Order took too long to make. Nuggets and chips were just warm. Very disappointed. The drive thru regularly park- up customers to get their speed of service time lower. Drive thru regularly get orders wrong.

I had hot and fresh burgers, amazingly tasting nuggets and one of the best maccas coffees ever. (Large flat white with and extra shot of coffee and 2 sugars)

Had a latte from the barista section and it was very ordinary, just a plain milk coffee. Very disappointed.

Man at the front phil is a good bloke about 40 years old still working at maccas, good on him really nice guy.

I took my boy there for a special outing he really enjoyed his Happy Meal while I had a coffee and he had a good play in the playground drive-thru was shut but was a good way to fill in half an hour before we come back home

Great slides for kids, but a darkish playground area for grownups - more natural light would improve it.

McDonald's Rowville has fantastic friendly, customer service orientated staff. A really pleasant experience. The premises are clean and inviting. This store sets a very high standard.

Ticketing not very good. Service not bad but no ports to recharge phones or tablets like Clyde MacDonalds

A menu item we ordered at the self serve had been discontinued, so they cancelled our whole order. It was only when we queried where our order was, after a 15 minute wait that they started preparing it with a substitute item.

This low rating is not because of the staff or food. The staff are generally very friendly and professional and the food is the same as any other Mcdonalds.

Unfortunately I've had more than one experience; where you get other diners from society's lowest walk of life that come in and want to cause trouble, and then the police get called. The store is located near the bus stop from the knox/boronia direction and the dandenong bus line is across the road, so its understandable that you get trouble people come in.

I wouldn't want to dine in unless they hire security to manage the safety of the place and I'd only go through the drive through.

I think that's three times in a row at this Slacca's. When the service is poor, we don't care what the food's like. To people considering stopping here, I'd say be patient and eat later.

Wow haven't been to Macas for a long time, coffee and cake was serious. They gave me a number and bought it over, last time l ordered you had to stand and wait.

The staff working around 7- 8.30pm on 16/10/2018 really don't know how to make a burger! Really considering driving to Dandenong BP to get quality MACCAS burger even tho i live walking distance to Rowville McDonalds. Thats how bad!

Employee come out and apologised for late food, it was barely late compared to many McDonald's restaurants service time. I was impressed he had the courtesy. Most don't seem to bother. The place was clean, although the radio station they were playing was quite inappropriate for certain audiences as children imo.

I ordered items specifically for the monopoly tickets just to recieve not a single ticket, when I tried to speak to the staff about this they purposefully ignored me and walked away. The staff also never smile and the foods always late and cold. WORST MACCAS EVER
