McDonald's Rowville

Bought two bacon and egg Mcmuffins at 1430pm, 10/12/2022
couldn't eat them because the rolls were so dried out and hard. Threw them in the bin
tried same thing in December 2023, at 11.30am - same thing happened

I went through the drive through and the worker charged me the wrong price for a frozen sprite making me pay 5.85 instead of the original price of 2 dollars. I asked if that was the right price and he said that it was but I check later on the maccas app and the price was 2 dollars…

Food is always cold and sloppy in execution. Staff seem miserable and virtually throw the food at you in drive-thru.
If you can, go further to the Ferntree Gully location, it’s WAY better. I now always drive further for better food and service.

Dry, bland chicken nuggets. Ordered 24 nuggets and they were 3 short. Clean and tidy restaurant though.

How hard is it to put a sign up, letting people know that there is no soft serve available? Lining up on a busy, hot day in drive through, only to order and be told they have no soft serve. Stuck in the line and can't get out, so have to wait for all cars ahead to pay and get their orders. 15 minutes for nothing, that could all be avoided by putting a simple sign up!
Pretty lazy.

An unprofessional and immature girl at the drive-through made me wait 5 mins to take my order, after I said I needed a minute to have a look at the screen. She then served about 5 other cars on the other side instead, even though I said i was ready after about 30 seconds. This resulted in a massive queue of cars behind me, so she made them wait, too! I knew she was doing this on purpose for some fun/ satisfaction and had a smirk on her face at the pay window, + she didn't apologise for the long wait time.

I used to like this restaurant and have been a regular customer, but now, due to this poor customer service, I won't be returning here again: (

Good for a quick lunch, fast service is pretty much the only reason i would go there. Out of 4ordering machines, one worked and only barely.

It literally says on the docket on the top of the boxes what to put in the burger and our whole order still managed to be wrong.

Great for a coffee or a quick bite to eat although unfortunately being coeliac I can't eat their food but the coffee has always been good

Always ask for and check ur receipt. They over charge and because i only realised the next day when it came up on my credit card statement, they refused to be able to assist in any way at all. It was defenitely their mistake.

Have been sitting here at rowville McDonald's for about 2 hrs while my kids play in the playground and not once have I seen a staff member come and clear or sanitiser any tables. The table next to me has been covered in rubbish and food for over an hr. Hand sanitiser station is empty and toilets not clean. Whoever the manager is on today they are not doing their job. Really poor form given the times we live in.

Ordered a Big Mac no sauce got a Big Mac no meat. It was on Good Friday maybe you had a religious person on the grill and nobody got meat

Have been in the McDonald's Rowville play area for over 2 hours. Not one staff member has checked the tables or come to clean them. Bins are overflowing with rubbish. Not very sanitary.

Forgot milk in the tea WITH FULL CREAM MILK that I'd ordered. Come on Macca's, what's going on!

So in my home we have a special occasion every now and again where we have s movie night with takeaway.

McDonald's is a crowd favorite and the last 2 times we have tried the Menulog app to get it delivered on terrible weather nights.

The first time we tried it we were missing a few things but we called and they have a voucher.not a big issue.

Tonight we tried again and were immensely disappointed! We waited an hour and a half for our order and when it arrived there was 1 bag with only drinks and ice creams and the bag was not sealed!

THEN, to add to insult, my sister called them and they were totally uncaring, unsympathetic and just wanted to get her off the phone!

They said to send them an email and they'll investigate.absolutely disgusting!

Rowville Is our local and the driver said they only have him 1 bag and I could check his car if I wanted.

We are appalled and hungry and will never use this service again!

Went to drive thru, waited, waited, car arrived next to me in the other lane gets served, I'm still waiting and waiting, I drive to the window incase that speaker isn't working - no sign of anyone see other car get food at other window, I drive to that still no one. Great costumer service guys

Always issues with their coffee, every time when we order we tell them to make it extra hot but they make not even with normal hot! Just now bought medium hot choc with lactose free and seriously I’m not happy and chuck that in to the bin, very bad experience!

I did drive-thru for a drink. Was a bit shocked that prices vary between suburban Melbourne stores, but eh, what can I do. Plenty of shade as you wait in line.

Our experience was great. Better service than the notorious Cranbourne North Maccas off the corner of Thompsons Road and Narre Warren Rd.

Drive through small cheese burger meal 15min waiting in car park and having to go into the restaurant to remind them about my meal.
