Best Macca's around! Staff are always so nice and their customer service is amazing! Even when it is really busy you can tell they are all working really hard. They are always so polite and apologetic after a wait on food.
Really good with replacing incorrect orders as well. On the off chance they get something wrong they are always so quick to fix it and are very apologetic. Great bunch of kids who work there.

Completely stuffed my order got a meal and they gave me a water and manager refused to swap for an apple juice unless i paid for a whole new drink

Rarely get it wrong and usually friendly helpful staff which is rare at a place like this. Now less time reviewing and more time getting a large triple cheese with a frappe for the 2nd time today. Addicted

Always a great option for a toilet stop on the way to Mornington, when ya gotta go, ya gotta go! Coffee at Oliver's was amazing, there is also a Macca's for a quick snack.

Customer service is all about language and then presentation of the goods purchased.
So this is my double beef and bacon burger.
Slapoed together with a patina of grease.
And yes, when I unwrapped it, it was upside down.

Same as most Maccas. Drive through screens weren't working (again). Server person was very difficult to understand. But OMG I LOVE FLAKE MCFLURRY HOW DID I NOT KNOW THESE EXISTED!

This place constantly gets my order wrong is slow. The coffees always cold. Not happy with this place. "Sorry for the wait dosent cut it mcdonalds" What a terrible place.

Very busy especially during holiday season. Very well organised, efficient, very clean & always deliver on Mcdonalds high standards. Have never had a bad meal or bad experience here. Highly recommended.

It's a Maccas. If you're looking for a tasty McNugget run (and sweet 'n sour sauce, of course), along with one of those delicious Real Coffee Shakes.well I've got good news, this place has you covered. Plenty of seating, being part of a petrol station, so that's nice too. Don't forget to use that mymaccas app when you visit!

Got served quick and place had heaps of amenities. Great to stop put fuel in your car have a feed and a coffee and go on your way.

Very slow drive through service and they dont have the common courtesy to apologise for making you wait.
Plus IMO they should let you know when before placing order

It's the MCG. It'd be 5 stars if you didn't have to queue so long for everything and the security guards weren't such kill joys. The crowd security policy is appallingly. Let people have fun and stop enforcing nany state crowd control.

I'm seriously over this maccas. I don't get why you place your order advising specific details to burger changes or sides. They make you wait in the waiting bay but no one is behind me in the drive thru. Whilst waiting patiently order is delivered, on foot by server employee by the time I swing out of the waiting bay and back into the large car park area I'm swinging it back into a car spot passenger/s have checked meals and always something wrong. That have to get out of the car walk in and have it made again. What's the point of providing a car service like drive thru ordering if you can't get it right. This has happened not once or twice numerous amounts of times and I'm just sick of them providing really bad service. North bound no issues at all in the last 5 years. That's my rant.

Appaling.waited 25 minutes for my order which they had lost untill i spoke to manager.coffee and meals arrived cold.long que of very unhappy people waiting for thier food.i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.

Always focused on drive thru, never on actual customers who enter the store. Our orders are always wrong or cold and the mocha is one of the worst I’ve ever had. My kids wanted to enter the lolly guess competition to raise money for the children’s hospital and it was such an inconvenience. No one knew what to do even though it was on the front counter. The manager had to come out and was very stand offish, as though donating to charity was inconvenient. We also purchased a $2 helping hand which we never received, I’m not even sure any of our money actually went to charity. This was definitely the last straw for us. As locals to the MP we visit this servo frequently but this was the last time we will put money through McDonalds Peninsula Link. Disgusting service and quality.

To be honest I’ve spent my fair share of time on the great open road and sampled many maccas in my day and I’ve gone out out my way to let you all know that this by far the best maccas I’ve ever had.

Will be bringing my son here for his birthday despite living in Sydney.

Highly recommend snack wrap and regular wrap.

I was served on sunday by an energetic, polite young man named Lachlan in the drive thru. I will be back.

Imagine the freshest chips and nuggets. The cheeseburgers have the fluffiest buns. The mcflurry is filled to the brim and compact. A generous amount of toppings too
