McDonald’s Peninsula Link Northbound / McDonald's

Staff were too lazy to cook fresh chips. I believe then gave me leftover chips with my take away meal because the burger patte was still warm but chips was ice cold when I open the box in my home which was less then 10 mins drive.

Meat patty was still raw on the outside, replacement burger wasn't much better, staff were friendly and apologetic.
Restaurant was untidy, package waste left on tables.

My toastie was half in cooked bread. The coffee has a weird taste to it and the server just couldn’t manage to say hello.

The store's culture needs improvement. On 10/09/2023, around 8: 00 am, I ordered via the touchscreen kiosk but didn't receive a receipt as there was no paper in it. Despite waiting almost 30 minutes and seeing others who came well after me served, the staff were only prioritizing the drive-thru orders. Our order number 150 vanished from the screen as the manager marked it served, even though we hadn't received it. He did this to make it look like there was no extended delay on the system. When I inquired, the manager snapped back saying "It's coming alright". The service was disappointing.

Cold fries again! Why do I keep going back! Must ask for fresh hot fries or check them and take them back!

It did not seem too busy, but the service was quite slow before I got our meal and coffee.

Beibg short staffed is only the beginning of their problems, I have never seen a dirtier MacDonald's, it looked like there was no manager on duty and it was being run by kids.who laughed and joked with their colleagues, Im all for fun at work as long as work is also being done. One female staff member found it more important to flirt with her male coworkers and seemed to ignore customers completely. One man demanded a refund as he'd waited a ridiculous amount of time for his order and she looked incensed by his request. I'd always thought McDonalds staff had a great work ethic.but they failed last night. Whoever owns and runs this particular store is not meeting even the basic McDonald's standards. We only ordered three thick shakes this time, but are regular holiday visitors, we are not likely to bother with them again.

One hour in drive through today a quarter of a tank of petrol later. Wouldn’t give our order for free. Long queues of cars all should have been given food for free. Unfortunately once you turn into drive through there is only one way out. Apparently they had system’s issues. They should have shut up shop. Absolutely not good enough. On top of that our order was wrong! Disgraceful customer service. Manager totally inexperienced had no idea. Could hear kids in other cars screaming. Poor poor form! Next time going to kfc!

Visited this servo and rest area over the way to Mornington and Sorento for a quick gas refuel and a bite at the McDonald's. The place is kid friendly and has a couple of other options apart from McDonald's.

I prefer a McDonald's for their options for a bite like burger and fries rather than having chicken wings and legs. Been here every time I visited the Southeast Melbourne towns and places for a short ride and I think it's best located around 1-1.5 hours from the city and just 30 mins from Sorento I believe.

Once on the way back I stopped here and the sunset view was simply amazing, you can see in the pictures placed for the servo.

This is the worst mcdonalds ever, the service is very very very very slow, 53 minutes wait for a big Mac meal and the machine never prints out a ticket the 3 times I have been there, no more will I go again, , avoid going there

On Thursday 19 jan 2023 in morning time at 9: 55 am the MacDonald got problems in their system and I been charged twice in my bank account, when I went back today to explain the problem, the whole staff was trying to be smart and giving my smart replies, even I showed them the transaction in my account, such a sham on the staff and their poor customer service not trying to understand the issue, need some more training to the staff,

Slowest Maccas in history. Forget it. Drive thru consistently a 20-plus minute experience, in store even slower.

Very poor service from staff- unfriendly and rude. Self-serve machine was not working, which is a shame because the service from the machine would have been more pleasant. Will not be stopping here again.

Waited 40 minutes for my order when we ended up telling the manager the order anyways.ended up forgetting half of the order.we ended up losing money and not having enough food after 40 minutes.

Not a good review this time as I was waiting to be served the staff where preoccupied with there social life chatting during a quiet period& didn't even acknowledge that I was there so after asking if anyone was serving I went to the other coffee shop & bought an iced coffee & 4 toasted sandwiches that where dlish.
So next time I will go straight to the opposition & not bother with the usual bland McDonald's so called food.

Opening Times a guide only. 6: 40 and still not open. Slow service for a maccas and food generally not fresh. Just a very poor experience more often than not.

The service was terrible and they took 15 minutes to make chips it was disgusting and poor service

Fresh hot food, the chips needed a but more salt but that's more a me preference. Was a bit long to get the order out but I have worked fast food before and sure there was some reason for the delay

I have been going to McDonald cafés for the past 15 year’s I always have a latte extra hot to date no issues except for this morning I did ask for extra hot and normally get extra hot it did appear on my receipt extra hot
When it was prepared I tasted it it was just warm I asked if they can re heat or get a fresh one BUT NOPE THATS THE HOTTEST WE CAN WE CANNOT DO HOTTER I SAID I NORMALLY DO GET IT HOTTER THEY INSISTED NO HOTTER THEN I SAID I DONT WANT IT
JUST LEFT IT ON THE COUNTER AND WENT ACROSS TO ANOTHER CAFE WHICH DID WHAT I WANTED I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS
