Pretty disappointing. 15 minute wait in drive through. Coffee was lukewarm and fairly tasteless. Not at all like previous coffees

If I could give zero stars I would. No drive through open this morning. Waited a while and then as per usual got a half filled cup of coke and when I asked for it to be rectified I got rolled eyes and attitude. Apparently the burgers are drowned in BBQ sauce. Next time I'll stick to a smaller burger chain where I might actually get decent service and food.

Drive thru pathetic don’t bother used 4 times every time long wait each car at the serving window 5 minutes average when your 10 cars back that’s ridiculous

Waited 30mins+ in drive through for a medium meal.worst service.not sure how this place is allowed to be running as a "fast food" service

If you have plenty of time to spare for ‘fast food’ this is the place for you! 30min wait for a coffee is ridiculous

Ridiculously long wait at the drive through, 20 plus minutes yet only 4 or 5 cars in the cue. Understaffed, finally got to the window and didn't even see a staff member for more than 2 minutes then when the guy spotted me it was like he was shocked to see a customer.

Soooooo slow! If the drive through lady didn't cut you off with "is there anything else for you today" after every item you order and actually let you get your order out, it would half the drive-thru times! Or maybe, Park-up orders that are holding up the drive-thru line. Yes, 4 years of McDonalds training talking here.

Dissapointed about the new covid operating hours,
But other then that I always stop and use drive through for my large Mocha from McCafe and I am always happy

Got a large cappuccino, extra shot with 3 sugars this morning & it was the best damn coffee I have ever had from a Maccas anywhere, anything. Maybe it was my lucky day but it's good to know Maccas have at least one Barrista that knows the importance of dissolving the sugar in the shot.

Wasnt very clean, food was really greasy, half of order was missed and drinks were all wrong very disappointed when i approached staff the man just walked off mid convo and the lady rudely told me to get lost as they were busy there was only 1 customer

The owner/manager here Lachlan is so rude to customers. You should not in business. Please leave this opportunity to other people who knows how to do business and respect others. You don’t even deserve 1 stars.

This is a review for the inbound McDonald’s. Waited 22 minutes from time of entering drive through line to getting my coffee in my hand.the longest I have ever had to wait for anything in a drive through situation and I have been to 10 states in the US as well. Really bad impression left after this and will avoid all McDonald’s from now on. The franchisee running this location should have it taken off them. Crazy

Every time I have been to this McDonald’s I have had to park and wait atleast 10 minutes for food, useless and slow.

Ordered a cheeseburger with an extra pickle. Ended up with no cheese and a massive uncut hunk of onion. The burger even had the slip attached saying cheeseburger with extra pickle. Cheers?

Great place to fill up with fuel and grab any necessary grocery items including fresh milk and bread. Plenty of parking available - especially if you are towing a caravan, trailer or boat. Three food outlets on site and MacDonalds operates 24/7. The entire building is always clean and the restrooms are also cleaned regularly.

Thanks for giving me a hamburger instead of a Quarter Pounder and only half filling my large chips.

Worst customer service ever. Accusing customers that they haven't paid for their orders even when confronted with proof.

Several times I have been through the drive thru and they do not take your order, have had to walk in each time for them to take my order because of no response at the talking box.
What is the point of having the drive thru if the staff are not going to use it.
Very long wait on basic menu items.
