Worst Maccas in Melbourne waited 15 minutes to get served n another 15 to get my order the work staff are all slow n are kids so if u want a burger what's not all over the box go somewhere else!

Staff are so lovely. Order took a bit longer than usual but they threw in an extra hash brown to make up for the wait. You wouldn’t normally expect that kind of customer service at a McDonalds but it was a very pleasant surprise so I felt compelled to write a review. Food was hot and the coffee was good relative to its low price!

An older store which is a bit run down. Single lane drive through, small and dark dining room. Carpark is adequate but again, a bit run down. Whole place could do with a renovation. Staff and food is standard, no complaints there.

Its the McDonald's I used to drive through regularly in my teens. 18 years ago now.
I succumb every now and then if I happen to be passing through the area.
Drive through still looks exactly the same and you best believe the burgers still taste exactly the same!

Great service. And I even rang to thank them for a high standard of food preparation. Other Maccas should take note of this store.

Cold food and special burger, (by that i mean no cheese) looked like it was thrown together. Sadly this is all I expect.

I used to avoid this store because of poor quality but they have improved lately and is my go to now. I hope they keep this up and don't disappoint again because the Oakleigh one is horrible!

Excellent service! Each employee greeted me warmly and i received my order in record time especially being a Saturday night! The manager at the time was also exceptional running the restaurant so efficiently on such a busy evening!

Went through the drive through and ordered mcchiken burger and was later told that they have run out of chicken and i was offered a beef burger meal instead! A complete waste of time! That place really needs a professional management overhaul! Would never visit that place again!

What you'd expect from Maccy D's, although this place has never faulted my complex coffee order, which most Maccas do often

Note that this can get very busy and will have to wait 5-10 minutes to get your order. Outlet is not properly managed and feels like it requires more staff to serve customers in a timely manner.

Food is always great, service and friendly staff.second to none

Standard Macdonalds fare but service was quite slow. This time we could see our order on the bench and everyone who had order behind us got their orders served, so we went up to enquire about our order, the hold up was nobody could be bother making our shakes from the machine. Not even an apology for delay.

I’ve locked inside female toilet and I called this number for 10 times, no one answered.
And even not many people visit the toilet!

They often cancel uber eats orders and the orders are normally missing something or the wrong order complete

It is located to the corner of north road and jasper road and very small place compare to another McDonald’s. Normally in weekday waiting time is around 15 minutes but in weekdays or holidays waiting time around 25 min. If you are in hurry then collect from drive thru which save your time and heavy traffic in evening. No one response in busy time only they take orders and not to quick for prep. I suggest to chose nearest McDonald and save your time.

This is a McDonald's. Mostly like all the other ones. But there is this drive through like a little forest. It's kinda cute. But some guy beeped at me the other day in line for my food and it annoyed me. So I beeped back and then the staff looked at me and thought I was being rude because the food was taking a while and that was all a bit awkward. Otherwise I had no problems with this place.

When they put music on it was extremely loud. Another lady complain as well Took awhile before it was at a comfortable sound. Nearly walked out. The staff are very good.

Worst service ever! - save your cash and go across the road to KFC. If you want fast food, you ain't at the right place. Stood at the register for 15mins. Staff chatting to their mates. No acknowledgement. Dont waste your money here

They wouldn't give me a McSad meal. And they also assumed my gender as being male! I'm a male silverback gorrilla thankyou very much.
