McDonald's Ormond reviews
69 I was today at your store and ordered small decaf cappuccino with extra shot 3/4 full and few more things.
My cappuccino tasted like a milk was no extra shot and I asked only 3/4 full but I got full cup.if I want to order milk I will ask you but I wanted coffee.
It's not very fair when you pay money and you can't get what you ordered. Very disappointed
Very poor product knowledge. Staff is unable advise whether own product contains any allergens. Safety risk please retain staff
Ordered through deliveroo. McDonald’s took an hour to prep the food, deliveroo took 5min to deliver it and the food was cold
If this place was anywhere else on the map it would close its doors in a week. The most pathetic group of people in one place. They cannot read a screen and get orders wrong constantly. I would not use them if there was another maccas right next door. I think a total re-train is needed for every person in that store including the management. User delivers from them and I have not received a delivery that is not missing something and it is not Uber as the bags are sealed. MACCAS ORMOND WAKE UP AND TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK.
Writing this on behalf of my 80 year old friend.
She attended this location on Sunday 10/09/21.
Asked one of the staff where to sign in as doesn’t have a phone. Staff didn’t know anything about people manually checking in so asked manager and supposedly the manager said it didn’t matter… well if this location was to be a hot spot how would my friend be informed?
She’s is a long term Maccas regular and was super disappointed with the quality and temperature of the food she received. Big annoyance was that she paid for a large weak latte but received a strong small latte in a large cup.
She wanted me to mention that staff were all lovely and friendly.
Evrytime I order something here I get ripped off on one or more items.usually it is the special items like shaker fries or condiments. Today I did not get my sweet chili sause and milk. On special they had milk for 3.5 I thought this will save me a trip to the market on my way home. I got 3 big bags and no milk in them. And do not bother ordiring salad from them, each time it is like a week old, with soft tomatos absent cucumbers and stale lettuse.
Genuinely the worst fast food place I have ever been to, always take their time but recently went and took over 1 hour to get the order, only a quick apology given. Gave me food items one by one, leaving food cold by the time I ate it.
Probably the worst McDonald's other than Frankston around. Always get drive through, fries always cold then have to get fresh ones after stating I want fresh when ordering. Always drama and have missed my free glass three times because of having to check order and get missing items and cold fries added by then everything is cold anyway by then. Won't be going there again. Will travel to other suburb when needing maccas.
I'm not sure what goes on here but orders always take about 3 times as long as any other MacDonald's restaurant. Even simple drink orders.
Needs refurbishment and investment to bring it up to standard; compared to Elsternwick McDonald’s.
I’ve been here a few times. Often the food order is wrong; so i always check after going through the drive through. The inside of the restaurant feels dirty (sticky floors) and too small (self serve machine locations). The parking lot is uneven with potholes/patches. Convenient location when you’re going down north road.
Ordered through drive thru they have given us the wrong order and the taste was not that good as the other mcdonalds taste like the best one is the clayton mcdonalds
Ordered a classic angus meal, took over an hour, all I got was a "sorry it took so long", please go to the Oakleigh south one
On this fateful night, a decision was made and an order was placed. I was given my meal and told a phrase I never knew I wanted to hear.
" Please be careful with the fries, they just came out. "
10/10 fries. Cooked perfectly and savoured each nibble.
Oh and the burger was alright. Soda was a bit watered down.
Can’t believe that I spent half an hour waiting to get a Big Mac from this McDonald’s. Like a joke.
The system of ormond McDonald's have some problem. So they missed my order. But I can't feel any apologize from the staff and the manager. I think a total re-train is needed for every person in that store including the management.
Rude staff and got my order incorrect. Ratty off duty staff were milling about the cash registers, blocking customers and eating food on their break.
Nice and conveniently located on North and Jasper roads. The McCafe within and decent amounts of parking are all bonuses. Staff are doing their best during covid times. All protocols are followed as one would expect. The toilets could be better looked after.
Why so slow? Been here a few times and each time had to wait more than 10 minutes for drive thru and it's not even peak hours.
Unfortunately improvements need to be made to your drive through service - in line for 40 plus minutes - it took 8min to move from ordering station to your paying station.definitely a busy night within but this is so bad. Chicken bites came out cold and my frappe is melted.
Self ordering machines crashed, interface is slow, wouldn't accept by discount barcode, often no ticket printed. Then the food takes an eternity to arrive.
