McDonald's Ormond

Store kinda filthy. The front is getting slammed and two managers, blonde girl and another bloke standing at the front, sitting on their phones. Whether or not they are doing working/modules, it should not be done out the front.

I've been on a number of occasions and have left every time extremely disappointed. The wait times are ridiculous for both drive through but even more horrific in store. Guaranteed to get half filled chips or incorrect quantities (less than ordered) and carelessly slapped together food that is often cold. Literally any other Maccas is better than this one.

Poor service, couldn't get the order right after confirming serial times, didn't get chips with the meals. Wrong drinks.

The drive through here is terrible. They are always super slow and they just keep screwing up orders.

The restaurant is consistently dirty and not well maintained.

Just avoid if possible as their standards just don't improve.

This is ridiculous! I waited over an hour for my Uber eats, ordered 3 sauces for my nuggets, and didn’t even get 1 sauce. And received 8 nuggets rather than 10. Got a small fried when I ordered a large. This has happened multiple times. Sick of it. It’s always Ormond McDonald’s.

Out of the 5 times I have used this McDonald's the shorted wait time I ha e had is 20 minutes. My last visit which was simply 2 Oreo Mcflurrys and a soft scoop ice cream with flake took 28 minutes.

I understand that juggling drive through and uber eats with I store orders increases the demand, but there should be a priority placed on those who actually come into the store. We don't all have time to wait.

Shame that service has declined so much and that is the acceptable norm these days.

When I was kept waiting for an order, the staff apologized for the wait and made sure that I was satisfied with my order. Some places never apologize for keeping customers waiting. Even though it was quite busy, they were all working hard! Well done to the young crew at Ormond McDonald's store.

Ordered two drinks in drive thru. They came filled between 1/2 and 3/4 of the way. So I asked for them to be filled up more. The staff member takes them for a minute and brings them back, filled to exactly the same amount. He didn’t do anything when he took them away. I Didn’t bother arguing and drove away. Ridiculous.

Waited 1.5h for my food, no answer when try to call. Too slow service and bad customer service!

Ordered latte got a half full cappuccino, I thought it was a simple error, so I continued to go day after day for a week and still the same half full cappuccino, it’s not an error it’s poorly trained staff

The spicy chicken burger is not worth the money you spend, the bun is too small and the burger is overhyped.

After they took my order they asked me again what I ordered then gave me 2 of the drinks I orderd and asked me to park in the waiting bay for the rest of the food, which is in a very dangerous area around the corner from the pick up area, my car was sticking out so the person behind me couldn't get past and was yelling out to me to move they need to change the waiting bay park as it is very bad spot.

Poor service.kept waiting 10 minutes just to order 1 coffee. Experienced this previously but gave them another chance. Never again.

Excellent service and finally Macca breaky that actually look similar to the photos, good work.

Once again when I thought that surely I would not be missing something in my order.not so for this is now the fourth time that I have paid for a meal in full to receive half the meal on arriving home.this is the last time I will come to this store.very disappointed

Ordered UberEats an hour before closing and didn't even prepare the order by the time they closed. Order was cancelled after an hour or so.

On many occasions after ordering uber from this store order is cancelled as mcdonalds Ormond is busy thats after waiting an hour!

Don’t order the Menulog for this store, they never give you the right dip sauce and this is the third time, I have already earned since the second time

Flat out ignored me whilst I was waiting waiting pay for my food. After 10 minutes and I asked what was happening was informed I still need to pay before my food was cooked which I was waiting to do.

Ordered quarter pounder without onion and gotb1 with a big onion in it. I saw it only when I got home and wanted to eat it. I am allergic to onion and can't it, very very Plashedisappointing, won't go to ormond again.
