McDonalds Mulgrave / McDonald's

Bit disappointing to go in at 7.30 pm on a Saturday night, and be told there's no table service, when I see 3 other groups get it at around 8pm, also no spicy nuggets and food was cold!

One can get service at counter if the staff like your face. If they don’t, you will have to wait for sometime at counter, then you will be directed towards self service stations. Seems like all staff was forced to be there, and were like, ‘stay away from us’. They deserve no star at all but still giving two due to only one staff member (may be a new one, who was given the task to direct unwanted customers to self service stations) to be nice and polite.

Lastnight had ordered a mcvalue box through drive through and waited about 20 minutes for food, had then left to find one of our burgers didn't have a chicken pattie. Service is slack. A lot of room to improve.

Poor. 10 minutes plus to order and pay at drive through window. Only to be told to park in a waiting bay, wait another 15 minutes plus, all to get 2 coffee's.

Parked and waited for food and they forgot the drinks but I can't complain. Food was as *good* as all the other Maccas stores (albeit more expensive than the other fast food outlets)

It was okay I guess, had to go back as they only half filled the cups with drink, this maccas always seems to have an issue

Great meeting spot for car club start on a Sunday morning for McCafe coffee and morning tea. A good area where 40 odd can meet, mix and mingle before the drive. Thank you McDonalds Mulgrave.

I'm giving two stars because the food was good when I finally got it.

Visited at 12: 35 on Tuesday with the intention to eat inside. I had to be back at the office at 1pm.

Foyer was very busy, with about 8 people waiting to collect their orders. I ordered at a self ordering kiosk and proceeded to wait. Order 152 for reference.

This is where it gets interesting. The staff were working at a cracking pace, and there were plenty of staff working. However the queue of people waiting for food grew and grew. After 10 minutes I had still not received my meal and by this time very few orders made it across the counter and about 15+ people were now waiting.

The screen showing "orders ready" was meaningless at this point.

However I did notice a conga-line of Uber drivers rolling in and collecting several orders at a time.

Plenty of food going out to McDelivery while everyone else got the middle finger.

I don't blame the people behind the counter. They were working hard. Just know that your loyal customers aren't stupid. If I make the effort to drive to your restaurant I should not be put at a lower priority than anyone else.

In the end after waiting 15 minutes I had to scoff my food on the way back to the office. Not very pleasant.

9/10 times I visit here, my order is wrong, or they make me wait up to 10 minutes for my simple order to come out. Same issues when ordering on Uber Eats. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs.

Don't go here often but stopped for a coffee and a quick snack, had a toasted sandwiche which was dry and almost not eatable dry. Staff not so friendly not even a good morning makes me shudder to think where the manners come from a simple good morning can't make someone's day bright take note staff. Coffee was OK

Multi-national burger chain, they're all much the same but of all the ones I've been to if 5 was the best Maccas, 1 the worst, this one rates a solid 3.

Mulgrave's local Mcdonald's restaurant is perhaps one of the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. The staff have to take way too long for an order to come out and usually mess it up. The food is ok.if you're lucky. The fries which is why I come to Mcdonald's are not cooked enough and the place itself is filthy. Overall a pretty bad place in Melbourne for a Mcdonald's restaurant.: (
