McDonalds Mulgrave / McDonald's

I drive thru maccas today and really would like to appreciate crew name 'Demi'. She is so good, polite, excellent customer service with big smile, excellent communication skills. She was making sure my order is right and I am happy. She made very nice ice chocolate. I really would encourage maccas to give her reward. Thank you Demi, keep it up

Very hectic and disorganised due to untrained staff I believe.
Botched our order, in the end due to wartime was simply glab to get out of there

Lacks accuracy with orders. Get home only to find my order has one less item or have the orders wrong. Staff should check orders first, and not leave it to customers.

Always in a hurry. Parking and access are both excellent. Very nice landscaping and garden. Inside, it's spotless and well-appointed. This Maccas' is at an ideal position for a gathering.

Justin is an absolute gun. The best in the game.

Bit disappointed about the service. Drivethru. Had to wait, and when the food arrived an item was missing and drinks were given without straws

Waited too long for my order. The coffee I ordered was also wrong, didn't taste good. Never had a problem at any other place.

Tonight I went to the drive through,
The young man was abrasive.
Instead of asking politely which drink I want he just said Drink?
Didn't double check my order (if he had done that I would have realised the order was wrong)
Ended up waiting in the waiting bay for nearly 10 minutes,
The young girl who delivered the order to my was polite and said sorry for taking so long and compensated with an extra fries.
If it was for the apology I wouldn't return.
This maccas I've been going to since the 80's and every time I here for the last 3 years it's just getting worse.
If its the order being wrong or rude staff or even taking a extremely long to get food, it's just getting worse.
McDonalds if you are reading this, please lift your game.

Waited 15 minutes for our order. It was like having a Friday crew working at a Sunday pace.
Don't know how they are going to redeem themselves. My fries where sitting on the heating rack for the whole 15 mins. Disappointed

Nice.except that they ran out of sanitiser which is crucial during these covid days.i also hope all mcDs prioritise and get equipped with sanitiser for all their customers.

Consistently horrible.every time ive been here in the past 20 years, i've had wrong orders, overcharged and items added to my order i didnt want.items missing from orders, a manager that was adamant that choc sundaes don't have choc fudge in them and are just soft serve on a cup.
Avoid them and take the 5min drive to sandown or glen waverley.

A very busy McDonald's on a bustling corner. The automated kiosks help orders go through quickly. Food quality was good for a McDonald's, with crisp fries and non-soggy buns.

Did a drive thru last Saturday. Ordered Double fish fillet burger, when picking up, i saw my receipt, says single fish fillet. I double checked with that lady when picking up, she confirmed it’s single fish fillet. I told her i ordered double fish fillet, she told me to park, come in and pay for a double fish fillet burger. Suppose to be drive thru! I wasnt happy. Talked to the manager, and he said i dont have to pay extra. He was so nice and polite, unlike that woman giving the food at the window, very rude.

I hate this store. They made me wait half an hour and gave me wrong order then took time to correct the same. Also recently bought Chai latte; asked them for no sugar but it had sugar. Horrible experiences.

You expect average food when purchasing takeaway. Hadn't eaten MacDonalds in a few months and my daughter was excited for their chips. I didn't expect a couple of pieces of iceberg lettuce and a cut up chicken fillet as a $15 salad. Also didn't expect my daughter and I to go to bed and wake up at 3am with stomach pain. Extremely disappointed.

Incompent children who can't manage to take orders, never read the order back and after waiting 20mins order came out wrong. Anyway.

Worst McDonald's in my area. Still haven't forgotten when my burger had hot lettuce in it, I think they'd microwaved it. This time the girl in the McCafe tried her best but they only had two plates and couldn't serve a cake on on a plate.

Nuggets not cooked couldnt eat them. Milkshake also tasted sour. Other items OK. My local McDonalds much better.

A really bad McDonald's. Meat patties are old warn. Cheese doesn't melt. Really gone downhill last 2 yrs. I work in area and can't go there anymore. Must say fries are always good but burgers old and warn down

This is our local McDonald's and I have to say, they are really good. My husband had food allergies, and they were always amazing at making him a burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. They also almost always get the little order changes correct, extra onions, no pickles, coffee with one packet of splenda, all those little things to please the whole family. We go out of our way for this McDonald's.:)
