Coffee is usually sub par and food sometimes sometimes verges on satisfactory.overall can't complain because I'm a lazy POS and don't cook for myself.

This macca is one of worst I have the displeased of going too slow service all round 1 star and I am beening nice about them 1 too avoid at all cost

Bring back the old days when McDonald's staff set the standard for customer service. Nowadays the kids would rather direct you to the self service screens than serve you. And if I ever heard a please or thank you from the staff, I think I would fall over.

Got fries in the morning and they were like rubber. Looks like they been refried about 4 days. New place doesnt mean anything.

Extremely unsatisfied. Slow service from drive thru every time we order from this maccas. Consistently poor service and average food. Tonight’s experience prompted this review. Ordered 4 fries and told to wait in the waiting area with the promise that the fries would be fresh. 15 minutes later the order comes to me and the packing of the 4 large fries are half full and soggy - not at all fresh. In store and drive thru not busy enough to prompt this wait.

Fabulously quick, service with a bright smile at 5: 30am Mon-Fri in Drive-thru, precise coffee making, correct orders 19 times out of 20visits, (only 1x my coffee was made without lactose free milk). So outstanding top marks to this restaurant

This branch seems to always figure out how to mess my orders, especially if they are customized. Other than that, you can say it is a decent spot.

Very friendly even if you buy 1 dollar worth food, they will come and help you out irrespective of of who you are and also the place was neat and the people here are fast and promptive

Like every Maca's in Australia. Consistent formula that works in its unique way. You know exactly what you will get, which is why we there!

Owner is a rubbish man has no customer service. He treated us like dogs and hope i never see that man ever again. I wish i could give him a zero star rating but i cant.

Just wanted to leave some feedback for the wonderful service by Nick at Maccas Mulgrave on 05/05/19. He was prompt, attentive and very friendly. In the time we were in the restaurant, Nick took our order, delivered it to our table, cleaned our table and also was cleaning the surrounding area (the restaurant itself was very clean but he was wiping down tables). We also forgot to ask for sugar with our cappuccinos and when we asked where we could get the sugar, he ran over to bring it to our table (instead of just pointing) which was very kind. I came in with my partner and we both agree that Nick’s service was exceptional and his friendly demeanor really makes a positive difference to the whole experience and we wanted to leave a nice review to say thanks!

Hey this my local work maccas for 19 years. Ive seen management change many times. No real issues. Does get extremely busy as expected. Its a consistant maccas. The cold fries vs fries fries ratio is good. Keep up the good work.

All good except customer service. Need to have a bit of smile on the face and presentable appearance to serve the customer. We don't want to see long faces and this shows they are not happy with the work place.

Can no longer return. I've given this outlet so Manny chances.the coffee is so bitter I had put 7 sugars in a small latte. The milk is always burnt. I end up having a few sips then throwing the coffee away. Cannot return for breakfast as coffee is consistently undrinkable. And when I have suggested to make another I was told no as it was freshly made

Very Fresh and the stuff are super friendly and Fast Service.

Service ok but food in the box just not what expected. Presentation very bad and packed with no pride or love. Disappointing.

Waited 15 minutes for a pocket. Unacceptable. Asked for a refund. Order always missing something or they increase your order number eg. 2 happy meals they give you 3. Service snail slow and then you wait in the waiting bays for 10-15 minutes for simple things like a coffee, pocket, happy meal. Disgusting.

This is the fourth time they make my order wrong.make my chicken big mac to normal big mac; make my meal without chips.

You seriously need to upgrade your breakfast DRIVE THRU service. DRIVE THRU means NOT WAITING IN BAYS FOR 10 MINUTES for ur food!

Store run by kids, just handed food by a young girl we witnessed chewing her fingers. Order given as complete without any burgers. Always something wrong each visit to this Maccas
