54Busy hours wrong place to buy food. I just bought meal and chicken nuggets. Soft drink was flat and burger just had two chicken patties and cream only, It was waste of money.
Good to have this open for 24 x 7. It was painful to go to chadstone or Glen for a late night mccas run. Yay for McDonald's!
Overall, a great McDonald's with good and friendly staff. Food is fresh and hot. The restaurant and toilets are typically kept quiet clean. There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating.
Just stopped by today and was help by a young man named Ryan who was making the drive thru. Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food chain. Food is as expected, but great customer service earns the highest rating.
Fairly hit and miss, as McDonalds usually are.
Don't expect the best service or food, and you wont be disappointed.
I only wish that when they say you need to wait while they cook something, and you ask that they cook everything fresh, that they then do so, and not just say no problem! But when you get your food, its obvious the nuggets and chips have been sitting in the bag for 10 minutes while they add a piece of bacon, and didnt add pickles to the burger i ordered
They don't even have courtesy to apologise when they make a mistake with orders. I think the manger should work on teaching their staff some manners.

Big Mac is a big bs. Avoiding McDonalds in last 2 years. Price is getting bigger, meals smaller. Who is stupid here. Costumers in this case. Never again
McDonald's Mount Waverley is nice and handy to work. The staff are very friendly and keen to assist. I love Macca's coffee so you don't have to ask me twice to pop in!
Food is average but barista is way below average. Order half full milk latte every Sunday. They are never able to make it! Every week is the same full latte and redo. Last week the barista didn’t even bother to make another latte, he just poured half already made latte out and tell me that is a new latte. Laziest staff ever.
Got drive thru hotcakes. The windows person pretty much threw the bag at me and even worse, I found that there was no maple syrup when I got home.
What is hotcakes without maple syrup? Poor poor form.
Not just the first time but more than four times, my orders have been sent wrong. How can the burger be missed while packing the order for takeaway. Since it's being ordered in uber eats, there is no way of knowing or returning.
Burgers are being served as if quality was no longer a thing.
Nice for a Maccas. Enough parking unless there's a kids party. There is place for kids to play, also has an outdoor sheltered dining area. They often get Drive-Through orders wrong or forget to put stuff in, so I always spend a minute and check the order.
I don't know, always something seems to make me regret it when I go. This time, on a 35+ degree day, the frozen Coke machine was broken. Forget going here and go to 7-11 across the road.
Great restaurant with good customer service, good atmosphere and fast service, however can get busy at times
