McDonald's Mount Waverley

Perfect spot for a Maccas food outlet we get there at least once a week, good one Maccas.

Pretty decent McDonald’s on the corner of Waverley Rd and Blackburn Rd. Only been here once so can’t say much about it but the service late at night was pretty decent and the food I got was nicely made.

Out of other McDonald’s I looked at nearby this seems to have a lower number of 1-star reviews.

Good service and commitment to their customers. Would recommend without question. Current times make you appreciate take away even more than before, along with the staff that put the work in to provide such service.

I had the best time ever especially when I farted in the queue then everyone was next to me and smelling it as well. Oh my God it was great lol

It's McDonald's, good for a quick meal, bad for your health. Foods the same as any other obviously but the staff know what there doing here

Took grandkids there for lunch, they loved it, but it was a typical meal not very interesting, looks nothing like photos when you order. Good McCafe coffee though.

As far as Maccas food goes it's alright, staff sometimes get the orders wrong but usually they will fix it straight away.

It's a Maccas, what do you expect?

Bought a big mac meal and nuggets with my family and the nuggets were freezing and the big Mac burger was missing the patty.have no clue how you can forget the main part of a burger

They get orders correct more often than many other McDonald’s I’ve been to, but there’s still the usual issues:
1. Handing you drinks in drive through that are covered in liquid. I’m not keen on filling my car’s cup trays with coke or coffee.
2. Burgers are often squished or half of the ingredients are falling out of the side of the burger.

Always fairly quick service even within peak hours. Often stop on the way to work as they make a decent coffee so quickly!

Really hit and miss with this place sometimes. I swing by here because it's convenient but there's something odd about paying for fries or a hash brown and it's like not even hot? I hate being a customer who complains so I usually don't mention it but it's definitely a bummer. Otherwise the place itself is fine, seems well staffed, is usually clean.

Everytime i go staff seem so lifeless and like they hate just being there. And i they cant even seem to assemble burgers correctly, i asked for bacon on my burger and the piece of bacon was basically just thrown in the box with the burger

I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, an additional Quarter Pounder & a McSpicy burger. One of the Quarter Pounder burgers had half the cheese on the burger & half melted to the box, the McSpicy looked like it had been assembled by a 2-year-old, and the Shaker Fries sachet had a best before date of last week. Not happy Ronald.

Quite good serving with fries. Decent presentation on burgers. A few maccas I've been too serve fewer chips and not so presentable burgers. Heaps of self order terminals however could not do much social distancing between two terminals. Only downside is I didn't know tap water is a substitute for a soft drink order nowadays (would understand if it is bottled water). I thought tap water will always be offered free in restaurants let alone fast food chains.

Dine-in facility is old and a bit nasty. Items missing till I reminding the staffs. Chips made from green Color potato?

Spent a bit of time eating from here during lockdown and the coffee was nearly always great, the food lacked quality sometimes but it did the job.

How hard is it to put serviettes in the bag? Every second time staff forget and you have to ask.

Dirty bathrooms that smelt. Should be reserved for customers. Seems taxis and uber drivers come to use the toilets and leave.

McDonald's app just doesn't work properly wasting so much time! Been getting worst over the years. The app just needs to let you do 1 thing, order food!
Plus this particular McDonald's seems to be missing the onion rings on their menu. Why?

Almost every time I go here I have to park in the bay and wait for 5 minutes at least. Especially if we order something not typical of the time, ie.egg and bacon muffin at 6pm. Hash browns were pretty chewy too.
