McDonald's Mount Waverley

Currently have run out of normal soft serve mix and using some sort of powered milk mix instead that tastes horrible, all icy and tasteless. Asked the manager why not just say you're out of stock until you get your nomal mix back. Told that the "higher up management" said you have to use this and thats it.amazing.

Face to face service poor. Another supplier trying to force people to use a machine. If you can't be bothered with human based customer service then don't expect my customer loyalty.

This place feels like the Macca's divorced dad's take their kids for the afternoon, very gloomy and depressing. I give it four out of five "Don't tell your mum I bought you here"s

Went drive through just after 1am. Ordered a burger and coffee, pretty unimpressed at how it was just slapped together with sauce and lettuce all in the box. Not sure why it was that bad considering there was no other customers. Other than that the coffee was top 5 that I've had at McDonald's.

Chicken Salad. One day a plastic stick was found in it, I didn't say anything. Today, a rotten lettuce? Enough. 1 Star is yours!

I took a client with a disability for a take away lunch, her nuggets where terribly over cooked & rock hard, the chips and burger where stone cold (inedible) went back to get an icecrem and they where out of stock, worst mc donalds l have ever experienced

Was there this evening ordered takeaway cheeseburger and 10 nuggets for kids through the kiosk and payment made upfront. Standing there about 5 to 10 minutes and the staff just ignored me. Show them the order ticket only take action look at the screen to pack the food. Kids complained the cheeseburger didn’t wrap properly and bun is cold and hard. Opened inside found there’s no tomato sauce spreader inside too. Most of the nuggets meat are dry and hard! Very disappointed with the kitchen staff and customer service manner. “MUST” check the food quality next time before leaving the premises!

Macca's coffee is usually the same no matter which one you go to. This one is bitter beyond belief. Not to mention waiting and waiting.

I ordered a takeaway medium fries.only half full. I learnt from this experience.better check the food quality next time before leaving the premises.

Thanks for reminding me why I haven't had McDonalds food in years. I bought a medium McVeggie meal via the drive through today. The fries barely filled the carton and were luke warm. The burger was insubstantial. The meal was highly disappointing and not worth the $11.05. It's back to my local family-owned burger joint. I'd recommend others do the same.

Uber messed up our order, but they went over and beyond to make sure they replace it. Really appreciate it. Will definitely order again.

Great service! Employees always serve me with a smile. Only a small complaint I have is that whenever I get take aways they never put serviettes in the bag. Would be nice to wipe my fingers after having large chips:)

These people don't give discount to seniors, it's a disgrace when they promote themselves as a "family " restaraunt (as long as you are under 60).

Not a bad place, they did majorly screw up the order last time I went but that's somewhat par for the course at these places, and I've had far more successful orders here than I have failed ones

Chain restaurant restaurants are usually not too bad. I think McDonald's is like this; the only difference is the attitude of the service staff.

Guaranteed to get freshly cooked food from this maccas, not food that's been sitting under lights for an hour. Car park is small, only 2 disabled parking spots. Drive thru service is always quite quick.

My favorite place and Service still good but need more focus on food packaging！this is wrong meal with my order！ordered the McChicken but it was just a spicy！！disappointed！

Went into the drive through this afternoon. Served by a young man named ryan. Some of the best service ive ever received, friendly and fast. The food was pretty good also. Well Done!

No complaints from this one, i enjoy coming once a fortnight on my way home from work.
Staff are always friendly, meal is fresh and no mistaking my order.
