McDonald's Mill Park

Would be nice to get your whole order for once. People are friendly but finalising the transaction seems to be a massive issue here.

Poor customer service especially since they are using mymaccas app! They dont put the code for coffees into the loyalty cards and they lied that they have done it, most of them dont even know how the app works! Their coffee has different taste every day, you have to be lucky to get a good coffee!

Great customer service, always gets my order right. Although rush hour drive-thru is a nightmare as it's centralized between suburbs

McDonalds in general has really drop the ball when it comes to service. I visit McDonald store several times a week and I can’t remember the last time my order was right, my order was way to complicated today, classic chicken salad still couldn’t get it right, too lazy to go outback and get some dressing for me as they had run out on the front counter

Have been a few times. Food is average and usually cold because it takes so long for the order to come out! Tables are always covered in rubbish and in desperate need of wiping! Toilets we're filthy! Will drive to another maccas from now on. Not going back!

The mccafe girls were very nice and sweet and the front staff, a young man seemed nice- although we ordered at the kiosk. The manager however left our food on the bench exposed, effectively giving it to the other customers instead of calling its order number and giving it out correctly.

Nice pub, friendly staff, been going there for dinner for a while now. Had senior parma, chips and salad, but all menu items are nixe. Only issue since upgrade is that seniors meal servings have become much smaller. Our group has started looking for different venues.

Went to order through uber eats and this store has the smallest delivery zone we are 2.9kms away, just off Mill Park Drive and they don't deliver to this area. They lost a big order today.

Rarely do they get an order correct unfortunately and rarely can i order everything i want to order. Either the frozen drink machine or soft serve machine are on the blink. Drives me nuts!

Great customer service, fast turnover, food arrived in a timely
manner and was hot and freshly cooked, when delivered to our table. Our drinks were nice and cold, today was a convenient meal on the run, which ticked all the boxes! Thanks!

Uber eats from Mill Park Maccas is horrible.they have consecutively gotten my order wrong three times in a row.i just spent $30 for them to muck up my entire order and refuse to give me a refund.it was 12am.it’s not like they are busy and mixed up my order.

Great food that they always stuff up your order through drive-thru we missed out on 2 of our double quarter pounders and a McFlurry due to the fact of 36 degrees that day couldn't be bothered going back to get a refund or to get our burgers that I paid for as as total order was over $70

Shakes and icecream not working. Very pld cooking oil. Food served cold and horrible. Also took ages

Ordered 2 lattes and a muffin and donut to eat in.
I don't understand why everything was put in take away packaging.

My favourite hangover cure. My Macca's of choice for a late night run (or early morning bite) as the service is usually pretty good, and the food is pretty spot on. I would go to this Macca's over the Doreen one every day of the week.

No matter how many times you say something they will somehow manage to get it wrong that is an achievement in itself

but they wouldnt take my order as i was already there waiting.the lady named tailor something
ignored me.insulted me.and pass so many abusive comments towards me.i complaint it to the manager there
and uber.i hope they take action

Bunch of theives at this store. I sent my daughter in with two $5 notes ($10). She handed over $10 to buy 1 Mc Flurry and was given. 40c back. I went in to question this and they denied it. Either the operators stole the extra $5 or they can not count. Short story they denied it and refused to return the money.
