In covid times it'll be nice to use napkin instead of my sanitized hands

Would have to be rated the worst McDonald’s globally. Only get order right 10% of the time and going through drive through is horrible, it’s like they don’t listen to the order, they know they are terrible and they think it’s funny. Please straighten out this place.

Would give them 0. Only go to them because theyre local to me. They always get orders wrong but now i have had enough. We ordered some milkshakes and cokes and they forgot the straws how are you gonna forget the straws on a all drink order and on top of that they forgot a item. Worst mcdonalds ive been to and ive gone to some in some ghetto areas.

I purchased a burger there last week within half an hour I felt unwell. Never going there again.

Ordered 59 dollars worth of food on Uber eats including 2 large salted caramel frappes, instead of frappes we got water and all of our customisations on our food was wrong.and then when trying to call the store 10+ times no answer. Don’t order from here absolutely disgusting not worth your money

Popular destination for youths on a weekend evening, many different groups gathered in car park. McDonald's itself is on the smaller side so can expect a little longer than usual wait for meals but otherwise no complaints. McDonald's is McDonald's.

Always have to park up no matter what you order and the wait is always long. Managment must have poor time and team managment

The frozen flavors are never working as d they always forget to put big mac sauce in with our son happy meal when we ask and pay for it

Ordered a double quarter pounder and the burger bun was drenched in oil and meat wasnt cooked properly! Also ordered a 10 Pack of nuggets but they gave us the sauce without the nuggets, poor service!

Continuously charging me and my family for extras on UberEats and then not adding those extras. Wrong items, missing items and when you try to call to organise a fix their number isn't even available!

Seriously incompetent. Step up your game.

Unfortunately this McDonald's has the lowest quality of service of any Melbourne McDonald's I have been to so far.
Today I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru bays only to be bought out cold food. I then had a nice big pool oil that was sitting in the burger box pour out into my pants. And then the base of the burger was so saturated and mushy it felt like I wasv eating a sandwich that had been thrown in the pond, I couldn't do it.
It feels like once a weekthey forget about my order while I'm waiting in the drive-thru bay and I have to walk back into the shop. That was today's. Issue, oftentimes it's stale buns or missing ingredients.
I'm constantly having issues with the coffee here, either they give me the wrong coffee order, or sometimes they forget to use new coffee grinds in the puck so it just taste like burnt weak slush.
Last time I went in there to speak to the supervisor for the coffee that had only been filled halfway, she suggested that I had just drunk it, somehow in the 20 senconds prior that it had been given to me.

Just because you're serving junk food, doesn't mean you have to have trash service. These are not one offs, I'm experiencing consistant issues. McDonald's mill Park needs to improve.

Just went drive-thru, it was busy, right lane was quicker, 2: 1ratio.too bad, i was on the left lane.asked for vanilla coke with no ice, received regular coke with ice. Not forget to mention, 3 stack of pickles on 1 side of the burger.
Seems understaffed. Lesson to learn. Always avoid understaffed restaurant.

The worst McDonald's ever. Never listen to what we say at the drive through and get the orders wrong. I don't understand why the rush. Filled my medium mocha less than a quarter cup. Such a waste of my money. McDonald's in Dalton is way better and the best. The staffs should get more training from them at Dalton. The Worst

One particular guy messed up my order and another time the same guy said they don’t do split payments? Not to mention, they are extremely rude when they hand out their orders, almost like throwing it at you and their complete lack of training is unprofessional and embarrassing.

So disappointed with the service of this place, but unfortunately it's the only one near me and the only good thing about it is the coffee.
The orders are often incorrect and I have to double check them before I drive away. I order grilled chicken in my wraps and generally get crispy.
One time, the ham and cheese toastie wasn't even toasted and often we have to wait lengthy periods just to get our order.
Their frozen drink machine often serves nothing but Coke and they couldn't even get my order correct when I ordered Doordash, leaving my child hungry.
The manager told me to contact Doordash myself and see if they could help, giving a poor excuse that the staff are young and inexperienced and telling me that's the best she could offer. Wow.

Refused to take my order when i’m on a motorcycle, and was asked to come in to order. Was idling on the speakerphone for nearly 2-3 mins with me saying hello and no one spoke up, i had to ride up to the window just to be told they only take orders from customers that is “ on a vehicle”, kid, which part of motorcycle is not a vehicle?
How difficult is it for a restaurant like maccas to take one Wrap order from a motorcyclist? To be fair, i have been to many Maccas, ordered through a drive through with seemingly zero issues.

It’s just a shame this the only maccas near where i live and my workplace. Get it together guys, Motorcycle is vehicle, if you had refused an order whilst i was on a bicycle, or a horse, i would understand, but a motorcycle? God. Terrible.

It was evident after my maccas run tonight that it is extremely difficult to make a hamburger.
One of the hamburgers I ordered had no sauce and no pickles - just meat in bread, and the other one had sauce but no pickles.
If my memory is correct, I always thought that hamburgers were supposed to have pickles and sauce in them.
Now, it's tempting for me to get upset at the staff and call them incompetent, but properly preparing a maccas hamburger is hard work; requiring intense focus, insane memory (for the enormous array of components required to make the burger!) and an IQ of at least 130 (slapping a patty, pickles and sauce between bread is very mentally demanding).

This store is an absolute joke they are really bad with there orders they get it wrong a lot and there extremely bad With re ordering stock I’ve been trying to get an almond latte for a week and a half now and they still haven’t received there delivery apparently I don’t see why they can’t just get from another store to keep there customers happy. Definitely don’t recommend this store what’s so ever avoid if possible

40 mins way too long to wait for "fast food", then the burgers not what I ordered and milkshakes are melted.

Had to wait in the car park AGAIN for our drive thru order. After waiting more than 10 minutes i went inside to see what was going on. Told they took it to the wrong car (because there were so many others waiting). Got my order asked if it was cold & told "we made it again". It WAS cold & didn't get our fries. Happens every time at mill park. Hopeless
