McDonald's Mill Park

Went in too get some maccas, before going home went to go order my food I ordered a quarter pounder with extra pickles 2 to be exact they normally come with 2 so I would have a little bit more, then ordered some onion rings with sweet and sour sauce. After I finished ordering it came in 5 minutes! I went back to my car to check if my order was right…. And it was PERFECT! They remembered my sweet and sour sauce and then I checked my chips, just cooked crunchy with the perfect amount of salt, and when I checked my quarter pounder oh my god… they gave me 8 pickles! Day has been made i hope the people that work at that maccas I hope all ur dreams come true and all of your worries go away.

Gave us a crispy chicken burger without the chicken. By the time we realised, we were too far away to consider going back

This mcdonalds never has anything available! Frappe and ice cream machine hasn't been working for over a month now and always out of mcrib burgers and other stuff the worst to drive there on a hung Sunday to be told there out of everything always.

Average customer service, no small talk, or smiles. The dining room was fifthly, i had to ask for a cloth to vlean the table and bins were overflowing. The thing that saved them was that the food was of great quality

Maccas is maccas. This one's not too dirty nor uncomfortable, and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Food is done timely. I've only used their pickup service via the app, but never had to wait long doing it like that. The customer service is what you get at fast food restaurants, but I guess it's nice that it wasn't horrible.

The worst McDonald's I have ever been too!
Food is never presented properly, slapped together, order is always missing something.

They bring your hot food and that sits in your car, whilst they go get drinks? !
Clearly needs new management and the entire team to be trained properly.
These kids need to realise the company doesn't pay their wage, customers do!

Drive thru served 11 cars through the right, and 2 cars through the left. Wait for 25 mins. Useless…

Fast fresh although they forgot a meal and had to go back around I was given the meal they had forgotten and a Sunday for the inconvenience thanks GOLDEN ARCHERS

Used to love it. They always get the orders wrong, and it becomes too complicated to go back and request a refund.

Had a small meal deal yesterday the hamburger was great but the chips OMG it was like eating soft soggy cold rubber, I don't know how long they were sitting around for. Make sure the chip are cooked fresh next time please.

Take way longer than they should to prepare meals from Uber Eats. Not acknowledging those online orders as much as they should especially a time like this.i put in a uber eats order yet after 6: 00am and it is now 7: 00am as i am writing this and my food has still not been prepared.

This is the worst Maccas in Australia. Has never managed to get an order right. Always forgets one item if not half the order. They need to stop hiring incompetents or get someone to double check each order.

Place was flat out, drive thru line was out in the street, but received my order in store fairly quickly. Was impressed as i thought they might hold it up for drive thru.

In the last two times my partner and i have been here, our orders have been stuffed up.the first time, we ordered through uber eats and they didn't even include our drinks that we PAID for, and the most recent time they gave my partner the wrong burger (a cheeseburger instead of a mcchicken- how do you mess that one up? !), almost forgot his drink until we literally sat in the drive through and asked the girl working where his drink was and she was very monochrome/lowkey rude in saying "oh yeah" and and then handed it to him.just disappointed in the service of this place and that they clearly don't double check the orders before giving them out.

They were busy with what appeared menulog, uber or similar pickups which totally delayed our orders for 2coffees. Then got the incorrect order. To top it all off, the delivery people, not one had a mask on and doubt they QR scanned. Si much for caring about the public health.

Head office needs to do something about this mcdonalds. The food is always cold and stale. Never had a good experience there. Go to KFC instead.

Good.busy at times- including drive through- waiting/counter display would have been great instead of staff call outs.

I don't know what it is with Maccas, but staff just don't listen. Two sugars in coffee means just that!

Ordered delivery. Paid. Mc donalds didn't deliver. Unable to contact them.
Then reordered after complaining.
Still waiting for delivery. Almost 2 hours later.
Manager must be pathetic and staff also. No way to run a business. Suprised the manager and staff still have jobs!
