Forever getting my order wrong, it's like everyrime I order something from this store, I'll get something that's not quite what I ordered, other than that the people are friendly.

Drive through was a disaster! Slow taking orders, customer have to repeat themselves multiple times to get the order right. 16: 06,22/06/2020

I went through drive thru yesterday as my son had placed an order online. We waited in drive through to place the order just to be told that it didn’t come up on the screen and there was nothing they could do about it. I came back to the store a few hours later to double check if our order had popped up on the screen, and to show the order was indeed placed and must of got lost during the transaction. After waiting about ten to twenty minutes and young girl with a darker complexion and the most gorgeous smile came up to the register and asked if I needed assistance with anything, after explaining the situation she was quick to help and apologised multiple times, she double checked the order with me (just because it was quite a large order), made sure everything was fresh throughout the whole packing stage, double checked the bags to see if anything was missing and even insisted she help me carry the food to the car. I never got her name but she was an absolute gem and I commemorate her greatly on her costume service skills. It was my first visiting this specific restaurant and with the kindness shown today I will definitely be back soon, thank you and keep up the good work.

Super awesome service.my order was damaged by an uber driver and he was rude and refused to replace the order until i told him i was going to complain, so he cancelled my order without telling me it wouldnt be replaced.so i called maccas and they were super friendly, and let me know to place my order again and they would remake it for me, it came super fast within 10 minutes, with a free sundae, a lovely note and a few extra nuggets.super super awesome, thanks for turning around my night guys.:)

Literally the worst McDonald's in Victoria. Constantly get orders wrong and get home and there's burgers missing or the drinks are soda water. I keep going back because surely they can't stuff it up every time but they never disappoint. Save yourself the bother and go to the Werribee store.

Good place only thing that annoys me is the first drive through lane where I always have difficulties placing an order. I don't know whether the speaker quality I have trouble placing order in the lane. Funny thing is second lane I don't have any issues placing an order.

If you want a mystery meal great place to go. Order what you want and get something else. In the 5 years in Manor lakes i can guarantee every time you will go, something will be wrong. By the time you get home you cannot be bothered going back to get what you ordered, yet you still go back for another let down.

Drive thru service quality has degraded in recent weeks.
The previous visit resulted in receiving an incorrect burger despite being correctly ordered and entered. Tonight's visit I witnessed lane favoritism, where three later cars in a row were served before me.
When I raised it twice, there was no explanation and no apology.
Pick up your game, Manor Lakes Maccas.
Edit: We're buying our meals from Werribee now, worth the extra 10 mins as they seem to take better care of their frappe machines.

Ordered McVeggie large with caramel farape drive through. Fries were not fresh n were cold and farape wasn't made good. Poor service by the girl on drive away window.

Very unprofessional staff and arrogant manager.they must learn how to behave with the customer. And there mc veggie was not of similar taste and flavour as compared to other mcds.

Ashwell:) you are a STAR.mum n i been served by you so many times and each time we have had nothing but great customer service. You repeat orders and make last minute changes so effortlessly and we feel less uncomfortable having to speak through the intercom. Do well here and you will definitely go places with your amazing calibre and efficiency. Keep up your great job

You need to turn your music down, as the young kids you pay, can't hear what you say. It's quite ridiculous.

Its one of the restaurants I end up going regularly.
It is located in convenient place, and have plenty of parking. The place is always clean. The staff is courteous, friendly and well trained.
They have recently built a play area making it more attractive for kids.
Although its most of the time quiet place, but sometimes it gets very busy. In that case, there are few self service check outs as well which becomes useful to avoid long queues and long wait time.
Overall a good place, good service and usually fresh food.
