Staff are so friendly but the wait times and the freshness isn't acceptable when its fast food 20 30 mins waits for cold food is not acceptable from such a massive food chain

Always the only spot to get what you need, at a time when no one else can provide food. Late night saviours.

Should be nominated for the worst Maccas in Australia. Living in the neighbourhood for 6 years I can count on my fingers for how many times I got my order right. Bad customer service.

Worst experience.
Management is hiring only idiots to work there.
Apprach to delivery drivers is too bad.

The worst possible service I have ever had at a McDonalds. Currently waiting for some fresh fries, been here nearing 10 mins! Ended up going inside to get the fries only to find they had forgotten about my order completely.

I never thought it be possible for the drive thru to take 20 minutes, but it is.
New to the area and never waited less than 15 minutes

Placed special order for cheeseburger without pickle. Didnt have any pickle but beef pattie had obviously been left in warmer far too long; it was very dry and hard! If I hadn't been on my way somewhere I would've returned the burger. Bun was also not fresh; dry and cracked on top!

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Their service is horrible and they always ruin your order even if it's the smallest order like a drink they will find a way.

Please get your staff some better training. Im tired of having to walk in to get the correct items in my order & please do something about the lack if receipt paper. Its really frustrating to explain that i did ask for a receipt to show that i infact, did order the items i ordered but wasn't given a receipt die to whatever the issue is this time.

Yesterday afternoon three lady workers including a manager were eating foods at serving counter and talking and laughing each other. They were not even thinking to serve a customer. Only one young lady were busy to serve customers.unbelievable. One lady often without wearing a uniform worked at least couple of years were never kind. When I got a wrong food last time and asked her to change and she was like ' so what? Not my business' and started yell at me "WHAT DID YOU ORDER" what a nice lady.

I don't have anything nice to say other than you don't need a basic education to work there.

Disgraceful my order had looked liked someone had else had been eating it when i opened the bag not happy

I ordered a burger once I bit into it. I saw a pink patty, the next day I felt sick and my stomach didn’t feel good. I rung them and the worker had a nasty tone once I told them. They made it sound like I was lyeing and said I would have to bring the burger it even though I have pictures I ate the burger without knowing the slightly pink pattie would give me food poisoning

The worse mc donalds ever dealt with. They can't get the orders right in person and they definitely can't get it right on menu log. Pure hopeless. Always missing something when I order online. Not once they get it right its so frustrating. Most of the time orders are late and cold on arrival. The drivers are doing there part. The staff seems to be lazy and sends out overcooked fries or buns on burgers are from 2 weeks ago. Disappointed customer! 13.11.2021 6.45pm.

Was sceptical reading the other comments below. But cant agree more.came around 1040ish, but the fries are already soggy and the patty were dry.

Always check your order. Especially the fries as they're sometimes cold. When you start to add up McDonald's v other burger chains. The value is just not there anymore. If it wasn't for the drive through convenience I'd never go to Maccas

Ordered my food over 2 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived, even my uber eats driver said that they are disgrace of a company and for an uber driver to say that it's a bit of a joke. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE THAT'S FOR SURE!

Last week, ordered 3 hotcakes and 3 bacon and egg muffins - only received one of the muffins. Today I ordered 3 hash browns and didn't receive them with my order. You have one of the easiest jobs. How hard is it to double check an order before it goes out?

Ordered 3 meals, only got 1 chips with it. Spoke to Kylie the manager, and what a terrible experience. Not only was she unsympathetic, but sounded like she didn't care. She rather made us feel like we were in the wrong. So many people without jobs at the moment would give an arm and a leg to be a caring, compassionate and understanding manager! Appalling service from a manager who's supposed to show empathy and understanding for a mistake her team made!
