Drive through experience- ordered mc chicken with no sauce. As usual they gave with sauce. When asked, they apologised and said they would change it. Waited for few minutes and the person brings it saying, "sorry for the wait. We made your order fresh again and hence the wait". Thanked them.
My mistake was trusting them and not checking the burger again. Came home and saw that they were the same burgers they gave in the first place.with the sauce!
This is not the first time it happened. After having experienced more than 40 times so far, leaving this review. I can understand staff burn out and missing out items once in a while, but this occuring regularly is heartbreaking.

Long wait and self ordering machine doesn't work. Tried two separate days same story.

Can't even serve the front desk too worried about drive thru I don't work here I am not placing the order on the screens

Bad bad bad.
Missing items.bad service.
Refused to fix my order, it was for my special needs child who loves maccas.
Manager was rude and after 5 minutes of trying to just get it rite, she Refused to serve me. Her words its not her problem.
So I went full Karen lol.
Not my best moment.
Don't order from there.
Don't eat there.
Best to go elsewhere, anywhere but there.
P.s and don't get me started on maccas menulog from there.

The service was just mediocre as this place could be very busy in the afternoon, which I can understand. The place is not tidy and took a while until someone and clean up the tables

I've been to countless Maccas, but I've seen these Manor Lakes' crew so trained and efficient, whoever trained these crew should be tapped to train others, kudos!

Awesome experience tonight! Spoke to a really nice girl in the drive through, to be greeted with a smile at the pay window by the same person, then the guy who handed me the food was just as friendly and was also upbeat

Expecting to get home with to a sloppy burger or something missing, can happily say it was all perfect, burger looked as if it was off an ad, and food was hot! They even remembered my straw and sweet and sour sauce!

This review is solely for drive thru!

Good luck getting anything you actually ordered or paid for at the worst McDonald's on the planet. Avoid at all costs.
When it's a bonus rather than the as-to-be-expected norm that your order has been filled correctly, you have to wonder whether any training goes on here at all.
I would rate zero stars if I could.
Lift your game, managers.

Mornings are so slow. Most other times the drive through is OK and moves at a good pace, but the drive through just goes at snails pace in the morning. So frustrating. Every morning.

I hate to say this but this is the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. I ordered a $13 chicken salad and I received a box of lettuce with chicken on top. I paid extra for parmesan too and it didn't have any in it either. The thing I'm most angry about though is that many times I've received frozen coke no sugar instead of frozen coke. It tastes so bitter and overly sweet. You can't just give customers diet coke without telling them. That's not right.

This place is absolutely horrendous, staff are slower than snails. Get a move on people seriously. Have been in drive through for over 25 minutes

Staff is very rude. I felt as if they are doing a favour on me by working there. There was this guy who was drinking his soda and taking my order too at the same time. Literally they need to learn manners especially this tall girl working during the night. Felt pathetic, i don't recommend this place if you want to be treated nicely.

-1 crazy buggy self order kiosks, printing errors!
-1 why does these self order kiosks doesn't show full number! They can't handle more than 2 digits order. Let's say my order number was 152, machine says just 52. All Macca has the same problem.

Absolutely useless in every way. You guys serve fast food and use McDonald's flawless processes and still can't get it right, literally ever. I have lived in the area for many years and you guys have barely got anything right. By this time its just funny. Only reasonable thing this place could do is flatten the store and re locate. C'mon guys pull your socks up.
This store is not 24/7, they only use uber after certain hours and will tell you "oh were not taking orders in an half hour". Then don't have 24/7 on your store you peanuts

The tall Caucasian lady night manager is the sweetest of all……. This maccas store is very lucky to have her

Worse experience, staff is very rude and have no idea how to serve a customer. Staff needs to learn heaps of hospitality manners, very bad place to be a part of McDonald’s chain…

Rude staff.
Didn’t close the door for orders then ask me to go through drive thru even when I have payed on the counter. One staff member saying something, other saying something else. Then shouting at each other for some restaurant related reasons.

So many times I got an incomplete order (missing toppings), but this time they managed to go even further. I kept waiting for 40 mins in the shop but my order never came. Finally after enquiring twice I learnt that they handed my order to the wrong person. While I was waiting there so many customers came back complaining about wrong orders.
Sadly there are no Zero stars rating, so I have to give them 1 star which they still don't deserve.

Rude staff and always running out of product. I can forgive running out of food in the current covid climate, but rude staff is unforgivable.
