Absoutely horrible service, 30 mins for coffee and mcchicken. Mcchicken had big mac sauce and half a patty.

Not uncommon to wait 15 minutes and be given the wrong food. Frappe machine has been broken for ever

Terrible service. Always made to park up in the waiting bay only to have them bring the wrong order to my car. Almost every time I've been here they've left something out of my order or didn't remove an ingredient is specifically requested NOT to be in my food.

Lady dropped my daughter's drink over floor next to her and never bothered to clean up the sticky drink.it made it worse as we were in the play area!

Seriously maccas! Train your staff properly or stop hiring uneducated, incompetent children. I have never known a maccas to be so inconsistent, slow and unable to meet basic standards for a fast food restaurant. Its beyond a joke. If i could give minus stars i would. Does not even deserve 1 star. Poor form.

Every time I've ordered something here they've managed to stuff up my order. Literally every time I ordered shaker fries they'd forget the seasoning. Once they took over 10 minutes to make a burger, when I asked the manager what's going on he told me to keep waiting and refused to refund me.

I ordered my food as 5: 28, I received my food after waiting on the waiting bays of the drive through at about 5: 40, and it took me going into the restaurant for me to get a receipt. It’s npw 5: 54.
My food is cold and your service is disgusting.

Literally the worst maccas ever one time i was waiting 25mins in the drive through, another time i waiting 15mins in the waiting bay for 2 ham n cheese pockets n i came again today n you didnt put cheese on any of the burgers we ordered.how hard is it to work at mcdonald's? Seriously

Update.my partner got a buffalo chicken bacon burger from here 2 nights again, it costs $9.00 not in a meal, there was no cheese, no bacon and no sauce.you guys are seriously so pathetic.

Gets very busy here, they asked us to order on touchscreen which froze and 10mins later take your order. No time for cleaning tables I noticed.

Best Maccas in all of Frankston!
Happy, helpful and friendly staff especially in the cafe. Love coming here.

So second time here in 10 days to walk in and purchase a small coffee. On both occasions after 20 minutes no coffee. First time was a refund and a free coffee (thanks you!) second time refund and a 'sorry'.
No explanation why pretty much a 'get them outta here I don't want ro deal with stress' attitude.
Avoid this venue and go to the Lamgwarrin or Frankston (Nepean Highway) site if you can!

Went for breakfast on a freezing cold day, pouring with rain, and they had an employee cleaning the car park in the rain, disgusting behavior by management, we won't be back!

Always missing items everytime.how hard is it to follow an order screen.
Advising everyone to triple check there orders.
So disappointing.
