53 Always missing items everytime.how hard is it to follow an order screen.
Advising everyone to triple check their orders.
Strongly advise everyone who's thinking UberEats delivery. NEVER get it please, Uber does not refund if any missing items were made from McDonald's Karingal.
So disappointing.
Very busy.
Its been abt 12 months since a Mcas.
I think the burgers seem much smaller.
The chicken inside, didn't even fill the bun.
I had a tiny amout of shredded lettuce.
Not very filling at all
Just a standard Macca's restaurant, too busy with drive-thru orders, but then again, it is in Frankston, where the population likes to eat rubbish.
Good service but the food you get more of other things and less of other things in your meal such as salads and its not what it says on the McDonald menu
Every order im always having to wait so long to get it and at least half the time they have messed up the order. Either items paid for but missing or food is cold. Really disappointed with the karingal mcdonalds
I have never seen any staff abused as much as the manager named alana does to her crew, customers could hear her screaming from the kitchen. Was really disappointed with my meal and experience at this Mcdonald’s. I feel very bad for the staff working here especially those who have to stay during this pandemic. Very unprofessional from a manager.
Pull up in drive though only to wait 5 minutes for another customer to pull up only to get my order taken last get pulled off to the side have to wait even longer only to find out that I not only have been given the wrong order I live to far to take it back poor business performance
I just bought 2 coffees at karingal store my husband enjoyed his but mine was undrinkable and had to throw it out if I hadn't left i would have gone back no coffee for 3
The manager is very rude and didn't assist me with my order inquiries, the first McDonald's that ever refused to serve me at the counter and scan my reward code at the counter. I had difficulties to complete my order and they even refused to help me. I took a picture on my phone to show them I need assistance but still they they refused. Eventually I walked out without having food. This is really terrible.
While they got my order correct (for once) I have to say that I was a little bit disappointed with the customer service.
Wait 15 minutes for the wrong order, and its undercooked. As someone else said, may as well go home and cook it yourself. Waste of time and money, go anywhere else.
They had some technical issue with their drive through so it was a bit of a clunky process. Possibly a new staff member taking orders too who hit the wrong button so my online order wasn't able to go through. Whoever was training them just put it through manually, but when I got down the road I realised they gave me the wrong burger so I had to go back. Could just have been an off day and the technical issues should be taken into account.
Not good! The place was empty of customers other than me. It took at least 10 minutes to bring me a cup of coffee and a muffin - which arrived cold and stale. Not going back there again, not what I expect from Maccas!
You can't expect much from a fast food place but these guys are extra slow every time I go there and always forget at least 1 thing haha
Waited 16 minutes in the drive through yesterday. The last drive through record for me there was just over 10 minutes. If the drive through is busy, park and order inside.
The young girls behind the counter where not professional nor did they care what came out of their mouths including the manager
Poor customer service. Cold chips. Won't deliver to table an have to stand waiting up to 20 mins for food
Waited 27minutes for 5 frozen drinks and 3 softserve. 36 frozen fanta flavors is bull, they only have lime, all the hype with the promotion and they have ONE flavor not 36. Oh, and at the end of the 27 minutes I'm told no softserve as if it was my fault, I, yes myself, had to ask for my own money back because the softserve machine was broken.
The staff member started talking to another staff member about private matters before he had finished serving me. He was very loud talking to staff and you could hear him very clearly. Very rude. I wasn't impressed at all.
