I ordered two hashbrowns and large fries! I didn't get any of it! I don't appreciate being scammed money!

Not very clean here everytime I go and can get a bit rowdy at night at times, right near the beach in handy location though. Not the most kid friendly location at times

Coffee is very hit and miss, milk can burn your mouth it's that bloody hot. And your coffee never seems to be consistent compared to other Maccs.

Just got back from ordering and the woman who took my order repeated the CORRECT order, get to the window pay get the meal it’s missing a large chips! I told the young girl who was working tonight with the curly brown hair and she was extremely rude and looked so bothered and acted as if I was an inconvenience that I was asking where the large chips were “you didn’t pay for another large chips” okay but I did order it though I said back to her, why can’t I pay here, Look I get it busy nights mistakes can happen! But the reason I’m leaving a review is because this woman walked up to a blonde lady who was prob the manager but as she walked up to her she was flailing her arms about and rolled her eyes all in my view like she just didn’t care! Lol Just so rude! What has happened to customer service? ! Manager came up to me And they did the whole sorry you have to park to the side come in or go around to drive through! Very rude they should’ve apologised that their employer didn’t put the ring in the large chips instead of inconveniencing my time! Again if it wasn’t for that brown curly headed rude thing I wouldn’t even leave this review! Over the poor service there! Happens too often!

Abit hit and miss at this store, always check your order to ensure you have everything. Having said that kids work here and they do a good job at keeping the pace.

I did an order on the App that didn't get approved and I didn't get any notification that if had been declined. And the bank had no understanding as to why.

Quick clean service. Nice banana bread. Wish there was a half option for sugar syrup in iced lattes.

It makes delicious food and it’s really clean inside the playground is really fun Plus it’s really clean and they say nice things on their signs

I have ordered food online many times and the last 5 times I have ordered, the order has been missing items. It has been very disappointing because it keeps happening frequently: , ^ (

Clean and tidy. I was impressed with the defib machine in case first aid needed. This is very responsible and the management cares for the community.

McDonald's advertising free glass with large meal am a vegetarian so I bought large fillet of fish I got charged $4.00 extra. Not fear I spend same amount just I don't eat meat.
Very DISSAPOINTED

Rating based on the drive through experience only, service was fast and the good was very fresh. Normally we go to the Mornington one but this was much better experience.

Dirty and when are the kids going to actually be decent at retail with there training touted to be the best there is worldwide. I guess they are only as good as the management filters through. Above cleaning standard of North Frankston. Again management. As good as to be expected really so I am Not complaining about them just a critique. Thanks for the service and keep at it.

The outdoor Play ground needs constant care. Spider webs allover the place. It looks like an abandoned place that just opened. Kindly keep this place clean.

I come here to get my morning coffee or frappe before work, the staff are amazing, one of the managers there Kim, is always welcoming and polite. Thanks for making my mornings brighter

Terrible customer service, food took forever and even then still somehow managed to come out cold.

Most unprofessional and useless mcdonalds around. Constantly let down by missing items, burgers not made correctly and cold food. Do yourself a favour.and head to the Frankston store instead

Not my favourite eating place, you see their photos of all their foods, they look good but when you receive your order they look nothing like the photos, big let down.
