53Chips were cold and soggy, some even hard.took ages for the order that they also messed up, all i could see were teenagers laughing about in the kitchen. Also took extra time to fix my order, small mistake, but took ages to fix.very disappointed never coming back.
Hot chocolate good, hashbrown good and so is the egg and bacon muffin. Workers are very nice. Would go there again.
Sensory overload while queing to be served, incredibly load radio and kitchen noise, long wait to place order.
Qued up in drive thru for 10 minutes to order 3 thick shakes finally get to speaker box to place my order only to get told no shakes available. With no way of reversing out cos there were cars behind me had to wait another 20 minutes to get out of drive thru. How hard is it to put a sign up to say shakes are unavailable before entering the drive thru? This is the second time this week this has happened. Seems very convenient that at the moment they are 2 dollars none are available. Terrible customer service.
Service was ok but the cafe drinks are not really ever good. Milk was either off or burnt and hot chocolate was super weak.
Coffees pretty bad as well.
Went for coffee with family, coffee very nice, food good but floor and some tables very dirty, rubbish bins over flowing. Management not over seeing and organizing staff properly. Manager and staff need training, no excuse.
Ordered 2 coffees and 2 burgers at drive through delivery was given a cold drink and 1 coffee and told to move to the waiting area which was full after 10 minutes received order
McDonald's is fine as long as you ask for your entire order to be cooked from scratch. Otherwise pass
Don't come here very often, only drop in on the way to and from Adelaide, customer service is reasonable, always busy, bottom line, it's a busy maccas with a playground, needs more room at front desk as it gets pretty crowded, especially with the new maccas DIY machines, mcafe is located off to the left, near seating area, toilets aren't always clean, when I've been there, the toilets have actually been pretty filthy, both male and female, I've been to service stations with bigger toilet facilities, overall it is what it is, and it's need of an upgrade
Horrible food, horrible service. This is the main/prime location for take away between Adelaide and Melbourne when driving
Walking into customer toilets and seeing used feminine hygiene products laid out on top of sanitary bins, vomit & diarrhoea in and on top of toilet bowls is certainly enough to put me off eating my Big Mac meal. Used toilet paper surrounding toilet bowls & a filthy store in general. Approached management who didn't really seem to care. Another staff member asked management if they knew the Male toilets had flooded - which he hasn't. There was not ONE toilet that could have been used. Left to use public toilet around the corner - which was much cleaner than your Horsham Macdonalds store. Management needs to be aware of these conditions, and checked regularly by staff. Especially on busy long weekends where you will be getting a lot of foot traffic & families using your facilities.
Food was just thrown together and then thrown in the wrappers. Had to handle and pass around gently so it didn't all fall out of its wrappers.
The food was good like any maccas place. However, the staff were too slow to be working in a fast food chain and it seemed like they didn't care about the customers at all. Also, shouldn't the crews be the ones yelling out the orders instead of the customers asking if they are looking for "number _"? It's a really poor service considering it wasn't busy at that time. We waited for more than 30mins for our chips so we decided to just get a refund. Make sure the manager is always present since their crew does nothing but chat amongst themselves. Should've gone to hungry jacks or kfc.
