McDonald's Horsham

Clean and efficient, it’s a busy stopover on the highway. The playground is decent for the kids and there is a good amount of seating.

Close your eyes and imagine a Maccas: tired travellers being served by stressed teenagers. That’s it. Take a moment and smile at the folks serving

The tall lady in cafe with red horrible hair and black glasses was unfriendly and arrogant, while i was waiting for my coffee… she yelled! At one of her coworkers! Id hate to work with her… what a pain!

There was amazing service from a wonderful lad, James. He not only explained issues the Maccas app was having but also gave recommendations on how to still get points. Thank you so much for making our day James!

Dirty store, staff not interested in helping.

Manager in the end was really nice. So I guess it's just the young labour.

Food was thrown together. Avoid.

We were on a road trip and we went to Horsham maccas everyday for 3 days and they always stuffed up our order, never in my life have I been so angry with fast food straighten up employees

Every time I order from maccas my food is cold and I have to wait an adsurd amount of time. For example tonight I ordered for a delivery and I had to wait an hour from ordering time, to receive my food, when I got it, it was ALL cold and hard. When I called the store, the person on the other end said I'd have to wait another hour just to get a replacement of my food. This was BULLSH*T

Stop forgetting straws It ruins my life and I will die without them. Good food though but fake adds like EVERY food store McDonalds is the first thing my sister's think of when we wanna pick a fast food restaurant.

Our order was late, the breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were all cold or at best one was 'tepid'. They forgot our coffee. Some staff preparing food did not wear gloves and one staff member preparing food wore her mask under her nose. No serviettes were provided with our meal.

Love the new fitout, food wasn't amazing but overall what is a trip to Adelaide without stopping at the Horsham Macca's!

Never dealt with so many mistakes made from one single order In my life. Practically had to re-order the entire order at the window when I went to pay. There were multiple items I didn’t ask for on the order, and multiple items I did ask for not on the order. I corrected each of these mistakes at the window and yet when I got my order & drove away it was still completely wrong. The food was also cold. An entire meal was practically missing. Simply not good enough.

When they take your order and then pay for it, they should let u know which window to go to collect the order from as horsham had two pick up windows now.

Lovely coffee. Food up to standard. Not one clean table at 8: 30 in the morning. We ate in the car.

Nice and refreshed but they are filthy pigs and leave multiple tables and bins full of rubbish.

Waited in the waiting bay for 30 minutes after staff stuffing up the orders, staff were just standing around doing nothing. Worst experience I’ve had at a macas

Where do I start? Undergoing renovations so walk up counter was temporary - fair enough. Used the self serve which was just as well as 3 drive thru customers came in with wrong orders in the time we were there. Staff fooling around, one shrieking, arguing over who should do various tasks. Burger had so much sauce it was impossible to hold. No serviettes available. Couldn’t cram rubbish into over flowing bins. A nightmare frankly. The one star is because I couldn’t figure out how to go lower. Yeah they were kids but they need to be managed.

It was the worst McDonald's l have ever been in. The manager was poor and the two boys on serving in side the store were terrible. At 2.30 pm. Saturday 8 th May

When I was there, was really busy because the Easter holidays
But the guys work in there, do the best to be quickly as possible

This was the most unsatisfying trip. It was busy slow and seemed disorganised.
Got to my car the burger was dry fries cold. Went back I to complain. Place packed with people waiting. May add a few return orders coming back.
Anyway I left tossed it In the bin. Won't be back

For a maccas with 2 driveways this place is slow when busy, often 15 to 20 mins wait.and that was not with a big line up.and I don't know how, when its that busy you still end up with luke warm chips.
