What a joke this place is sat in drive through for ages just watching the other lane get served finaly get served and as busy as it was still ended up with cold fries first and last visit

That is one of the most unbelievable maccas I've ever been to.
The carpark was SO FULL. Drive Thru was SO FULL, we nearly gave up and just went else where, instead parked the car down the next side street and walked in. Still SO FULL. We were in no rush, ordered our 4 burgers and it was ready in less than 5 mins! Insanity for the amount of people also waiting!
But the best part was the burgers, so so so so so good! Double quarter pounder, you made it absolutely sensationally in such a mad time! And I'm equally impressed with how calm the staff were. I would hire each of you that's for sure! The store is also currently in development, which I can tell is very much earned! Thanks for making this Maccas a stand out!

Over 25mins wait for 2 happy meals with cold food inside and no books but some plastic rubbish toy.
A very inexperienced team providing a rubbish experience and extremely slow service

The whole place is on fire need of a refurbishment. The staff need to be directed to the toilets as their cleanliness is a non event. Otherwise the staff were pleasant.

We did it one way p the way back was night and saw lots. Wouod have been good if there was some talking about the island

Poor service and not a very clean place.not even 1/2 star.floor tiles broken for over 12 months.whole shop filthy

The service is meh, the fries are all salt at the top. I've been to better McDonald's stores but yet to be to a worse one.drive through is slow.they have 2 lanes for order taking but 1 lane for paying and collecting.service is robotic and not very friendly.

Grabbed a Latte through drive thru paid for a double shot of hazlenut syrup and surprise surprise absolutely no syrup at all in it.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line for 4 coffees while the manager and a staff member talked and laughed while we sat at the Window watching and listening to it all.

Service is good but chicken burger was dry and was only realized after we left. Could've been one of those odd days but was not happy during my trip.

I always enjoy having breakfast at Macca's, the food is always hot and delicious, and l get to read the morning paper

Even with 15+ staff working there, we still waited for over 20 mins and ended up eating cold food. Not sure how that happened.

We always come through here on our way to SA, and they do a commendable job despite being one of the busiest McDonald s that I've ever seen. Our orders are pretty much always right and the food is as good as McDonalds gets.

Very poor service and staff members picking pimples instead of serving customers. Absolutely disgusted

Stopped during road trip for a couple of take away coffees early in the morning. The usual Maccas coffee, no issue. Service was good in the drive through.

Dreadful service. Rude waiter. At least the manager was able to salvage the situation and that's why it's a 2, not a 1.

Terrible but hey that's greasy disgusting fast food but this was inedible then only half the order given

The only reason why this is a 3 because:
1. Sometimes, NO-ONE EVER USES THE OTHER LANE!
2. Once I ordered a Caramel Thickshake and guess what they did? Added a chocolate thickshake. I still got just the caramel one though. I feel like they're charging us more than expected.
3. FALSE. ADVERTISING. If you're gonna put a picture of the GLORIOUS Big Mac (or any other burger), at least make it as good as it looks, OK?
If this has caused any issues whatsoever, please don't take this the wrong way.

Clean toilets. Carpark has been upgraded and expanded but still no bays for vehicles with a trailer.
