McDonald's Heidelberg

They barely ever stuff up our order and their chocolate thickshakes are always chocolate-y, unlike Kingsbury Maccas.

You always to wait for your food i lnow now its made ftesh but every othet maccas doesnt make you wait like heidelberg especially if you go inside

Great McDonalds! Mc Lovin It! Staff are friendly and the Managers are amazing! Food is prepared with care and by trained professionals. By far the best McDonalds in town!

My grandsons love going to this Maccas the young staff are all very friendly and the manager really gets on well with the staff. I have seen a lot of bad management over the years and heard many managers speaking disrespectfully to the crew. Its a delight to see these young people enjoy the job.good work to the nice young man in charge.

Staff are friendly and polite. Coffee is good. But check your order before you leave as they ALWAYS forget something.

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes in drive through and made me late for work. Was told it was another 3 minutes until my hash brown would be ready so cancelled my order!

Good always hot fresh food though they can't get 5 star because they always mess up something in the order.

Very friendly staff and always clean restaurant. Staff are always welcoming in the morning especially to my children.

Not going to lie your staff member constantly grinning at me, bragging about his teeth and calling himself 'the best teeth in the game' while I waited for my food made me a little uncomfortable but Big Mac was good so 5/5

Lunch time Tuesday. I ate in. One of the fastest and tastiest meals I have ever been served. I should know, I worked many years in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry. Staff were on the ball, it was perfect.

Terrible setvice. I ordered $27 of food and collected the drinks at the window and was directed to the waiting bay. There was only one car behing me. I was listening to a David Bowie special on the radio and when the 3rd song ended I went i side to see where my order was. There were no other customers at the counter. The bag with the 3 burgers and fries was sitting on the countet and the excuse was they didn't have anyone to bring it out. Pathetic.

Have had quite a few incidents of the wrong item in the order or things simply forgotten about. Staff are friendly though. Make sure to always check your order

24hr McDonald's in a convenient location for a stop on the way home after a night out. Can go inside the restaurant at night is a bonus.

Good services sometimes food sits there for a while and they still sell it to ya just ask to have it fresh when you come here.

If I could give a zero score I would.
Over 9 minutes wait in drive through for a cold big Mac, cold chips and a warm quarter pounder. Meanwhile 7 cars came and went via drive through. Totally useless and no apologie.

Worst maccas in a long time. Staff running around like headless chooks being rude to each other massive wait on all food and drive through completely blocked parking.

This is the BEST McDonalds in Melbourne.
Very quick service & the Staff are amazing.
Why Customers winge if beyond me.
Keep in mind it’s a fast food place.
I feel sorry for the Staff when they get verbal abused by Customers.
I’ve even stepped in & defended the staff.
It’s also extremely busy so for every winging Customer there’s 10 to replace them.

Stood at McCafe counter for a few minutes before I was asked by the manager to move to another register because they didn't have a tray in the drawer. Then followed up with the worst coffee made by a team member that clearly has not been trained. Didn't even have the wand in the milk so milk was spurting everywhere.
