McDonald's Heidelberg

Awful service, waited over 10 minutes for 2 sundaes and a medium fries. Staff didn't even acknowledge the wait or bother to pass the sundaes to me, I had to reach across the counter to get them. Won't be returning

Under staffed and higher than normal prices.
Drive thru payment window is hard to reach.
Difficult to exit drive thru when busy.
Not much good to say about this location.

Service is ok. The restaurant could be cleaner and the drive thru should be more efficient. The fries are cold and sad about 50% of the time which sucks.

Very bad services. Definitely, my hash browns had been fried second time. They were very oily and really dark brown, the test was disgusting. And one of my orders has not been prepared in 10 minutes. When the staff told me to I have to wait another 5 minutes I cancelled this part of my order. I will never try McDonald's again.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. More often than not the staff are rude, impatient, unhelpful, they often talk (gossip) amongst themselves leaving customers waiting to be served at the front counter. I have overheard staff on numerous occasions engaging in negative talk about fellow staff.personally I find this disconcerting and extrely immature. I even heard staff discussing an exemoyee once whom I happen to know. The discussion was very unfavourable and I felt sick to my stomach afterwards (I left without ordering during this visit).
Since COVID-19 restrictions have eased in Mrlbourne and summer is upon us, it is so frustrating when the ice cream machine is broken down.so no thick shakes, no mcflurry's, no icecream cones, no sundaes. C'mon guys, it's summer and how often is your machine on the brink? ! @#@? ! ×/£@!
Yeah not impressed with this Macca's store.

Hmmm.coffee making skills could do with a little improvement.not many stores mess it up but this one burnt the coffee

Horrible service, don’t even worth a star. Waiting time is too long. I have to wait 15 mins for 6 nuggets. Should put their name as “slow food restaurant ”

Food was hot but they got my order wrong and missed out 2 items and told I had to go through drive through again to order the missing items.: (

Just bought two kids meal without toys but extra chips
So could you please bring my toys back today because no one drive me back plus it's not our problems.

Girl that took my order read quiet. The young guy that went back to get me butter for my toasted sandwiches I was impressed

Very disappointing, when you first walk in the recently refurbish looks very nice. Unfortunately that's where it stopped. Covid safe! There was no sign of hand sanitiser, tables needed a good clean and one of the kitchen staff had his mask below his nose. Our order included:
1 large sugar free coke which wasn't presented with the meal, when queried where was the coke we were told there wasn't any and offered normal coke.
1 large cappcino which at most was a medium.
2 large fries which infact was 1 and 1/2, when pointed out to a staff member he gave me another portion and sarcastically said was there anything else sir.

Sadly it's not only in this McDonald's that suffer from these type of problems, where the staff lack pride and give you the feeling that they really don't want to be there!

Really helpful late-night staff - I was being a total pain with multiple orders (including claiming multiple "my rewards" through various accts) but without any attitude at all, nor other hints of annoyance either the girl at the window, as well as the manager were both soooo great and patient - AMAZING SERVICE! Food ready super quickly too, if only chips were fresh n hot (they weren't awful, just lukewarm) it would've been 5 stars. Still pretty good

Helpful staff managed to do what the app doesn't do. App is a total waste of time. Update Dec 18: give this locations drive through a miss. Its disorganised chaos. No outside area for dining. Someone needs to remagine this location, rip it down and start again. Used to be good with outside area, now its a total mess both inside and out.

This is a super busy McDonald's branch with few to no extra parking space. The worst part is that it face the main road which makes it difficult to reach. Service is tad slow as compare to other macca's.

I don't know how people giving them stars. Absolutely horrible & rude staff. Owner and managers have to pay some serious attention!

Excellent customer service from the young lady who took my order at the Mc cafe, and the young man who made the pot of tea I had ordered. A credit to the management, well done.

McDonald's was enjoyable quick service, much improved menu good place for food + relax with newspapers supplied

Stopped for lunch and had a 10 piece nugget and a large frappe. Had to wait in line about 6 minutes before I was done with the drive thru. The ladies were both super friendly at both windows. The nuggets were very nasty and greasy like they had been sitting under the light all day.yuck! Frappe was awesome. Filled all the way to the top and had a nice amount of whipped cream and chocolate on top. Service very good but nuggets.yuck

Drive through very quick at lunchtime and my order was correct! I would have like a couple more ketchup packets and pepper, but I was pleased with my experience.

24 hour service. Easy access. Carpark. The gate in the alley is closed at nights, enter from Bell street. Have fun friends.
