McDonald's Heidelberg

Went at 2am after my son was born and they made fresh chips, night shift team friendly and helpful.

Ordered a coffee in drive through had to wait for the car in front over 10 minutes whilst he was waiting for his order at the last window (a bottle of water as it turned out!)
It was 6am! Why couldnt that car be asked to move to parking bay so all the others customers could complete their orders and get to work

Dirty place, sticky table, smelly floor. Keeping giving me wrong items. The staffs there can’t even figure out the difference between vanilla and chocolate. How pathetic, they can’t even do the easiest job right in the world.

Horrible experience. Worst maccas ever. Night shift people are helpless. They are always in sleeping face. Never respond to your order. If you don't want to work then go home and sleep. Very rude staff. Very Very slow bunch of people. And, if there is any award for slowest food making store then you guys are the best adopted store for that. If u can’t handle too many orders then don’t accept them. These lazy staff always constantly not responding to any customers. Service was slow and the staff were chaotic.

Wonderful coffee at this location always! BUT tonight, September 10,2021 at around 11pm ish. The young lady at the drive thru made my day by just SIMPLY asking me Barista Questions! As a coffee lover you don’t understand! Or you’ll understand! And she was very sweet. One of those days when you could just use seeing a kind smile and a gentle tone.

Gave me a ripped bag at drive through. When got out of the car all the contents fell out of the bag and on to the ground.

Cold food and cold coffees. McDonalds Heidelberg has gone down hill. Staff don’t seem to care at all. Waste of money

Worst customer service ever I used to work at this Mac as along time ago they don’t even have respect learn how to respect people especially one girl who had crew trainer shirt and just throws the bag doesn’t even care don’t recommend this maccas bring back old staff please and managers

Management is out of control they park everyone even if as soon as you park no more then 60 seconds they then come out with food.

They at times bring with them more then one order thats fine.but management needs more organised details of parked car and what order.

Just ok. Lousy setup for drive through. The whole position on busy Bell Street, coupled with a badly organised car park and drive-through, make this Maccas lower on my list. After collecting our order in the very tight drive through. I nearly crashed with another car trying to exit this terrible drive through. Left turn only exit into Bell Street means that you must go around the block if heading west. The food was fine, so if you’re hungry, take your time to find a park, and plan your exit.

Always love a good maccas run but this location was a little disappointing. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time, my partner placed her order which consisted of juice and a toastie and it took about ten minutes to arrive.
If it was busy I would totally understand but it only took so long as the people at the front were busy chatting and forgot to hand out the toastie after it was done.

That thing on the wall making noise is also known as a telephone. People call it to talk to you. Try pick the handle up!

There was a flight in the car park when I was there. Not the fault of Maccas, but I left and went elsewhere

I've found that the last couple of times I've been there late at about 12.30 they say there frappe machine isn't working. It is, it's just that they've cleaned it and don't want to dirty it again. Laziness when they don't close until 1AM.

Always amazing service and in particular tonight we had a lovely lady named Charlene through the drive thru who was absolutely warm and very helpful. Don't let this lady go!

The staff were uninterested and not friendly. Just rattled off their greetings in a monotone. The toilets were filthy. They need to be checked and cleaned more regularly. The entry door handles were filthy. My order was ready quickly.

Beware of drive thru here. Always check you have what you ordered. I come here as a local and they frequently miss things out which is very frustrating because it's usually too late before you find out

Went there to grab a coffee at night and stood front of the counter few minutes (I was the only customer that time) but no one come and served me until I call one of them. Three of them there behind the counter and one just passed me and went inside but every one just ignored to take my order. I can understand few things such as time and tiredness of them but if they are exhausted they must have to stop working or take little break with out disappointing the customers.

17 march 2021 ordered 2 double big macs and got them the bun was moist the lettuces were soggy and it was a horrible experience.looks like pree make the burgers and leave them.and they think customers are to stupid to tell the difference.not going there again

I've worked at this store before, and am disappointed to have been an employee.

I was about to head through the drivethrough with a friend on Thursday 11/03 at around 9pm, and had a pretty big huntsman run on the windscreen and scare us to the point my friend could have crashed the car (we both have a bad phobia of spiders).

Knowing this could be a safety hazard, we immediately parked in Heidelberg McDonald's carpark and called up the store to see if they had anyone that could help us that were good with spiders. The girl hung up on me BOTH TIMES WITHOUT EVEN THE COURTESY TO REPLY.

The first time I called, she hung up almost immediately which is understandable because they might get a lot of prank calls.

The second time I called, I pleaded with her not to hang up and that I was in an emergency situation. I asked her if she had anyone in store that was good with spiders - and without a reply, she just hung up on me.

While I was not expecting them to be able to help, I was at least expecting some kind of customer service. But it seemed like IT DID NOT EXIST IN ANY OF MY CALLS!

Not even a "Sorry, I'm not sure if we can help. Maybe try doing _. "
Or something along the lines of that. She just hung up on me!

I had to ask a passer by for help. He was amazing.
You just lost 2 customers with the ignorant and rude behaviour of this employee. We will not be ordering from this store again.
