65We have received our order through the drive the whole order we received was cold chips were cold Hamburger was cold chicken was cold obviously the food has been sitting there for a while its certainly left overs certainly wont go there again Mc Donalds in Warrigul Road Hearton we thought we will give them try again same disgusting food from them
They left me waiting for over 20mins with my meal never had been called out
It was sitting underlights for 15mins waiting on somone to finish it
It still needed chips and a drink
He started to clean the machine
It was one of the most unorganized, inhygienic and the manager was clueless

Awful just awful. Terrible service, terrible food and terrible experience. Worst of all was the insulting response to my legitimate complaint by restaurant manager Joanne Potts, no wonder the standard of service is so poor.
How hard is it to miss 1 item in an order of 4. Not hard at all at this store. Made it home and there was a missing item.
Super quick service and fresh food. In the midst of winter McDonald is always too cold but this one was nice and cosy so I'll definitely be back!
We ordered Uber $55 worth of food
The driver apparently was only given the drinks to deliver!
When I contacted the store the Bright spark of a Manager suggested I re order and pay for another meal again. Another $55!
He was Rude, unapologetic and down right unprofessional. If this was my staff he would be looking for alternative work by now
I guess that’s why he’s capabilities as a career is to work at McDonalds.
Never again will I be ordering from this store and it’s cemented the fact that we should all give McDonalds a miss from now on.
Better for my health anyway
Even though we order food from my rewards at a discounted price keep we getting charged full price. Has happened several times now. What's the point of the app?
Most worst service I have ever received in drive through. It happened multiple times. Check before you move the car. They are champion in missing items. Then they will send you back to drive around drive through again.
Have been there 3 weeks in a row on Saturday morning just before 6am. What can i say, consistently poor service, i know it's night shift and all but jeez get it together. Long wait times, incorrect orders, not very friendly.
This morning was the last straw, I won't be coming back. 12 minute wait in drive through, to top it off, i get to work a few minutes late only to discover when I unwrapped my sausage and egg, that there is no sausage. At least there wasn't sugar in my without sugar coffee this time, get it together guys. Saying hello goes a long way too.
Most of the Staffs had no clue except the manager and lady who was looking after drive through.
Was given the wrong order, when I spoke to the lady about it she had to find some evidence to confirm my complaing instead of taking my word for it. I asked for my money back out of fear her attitude would influence the quality of my replacement, then I was short changed in my refund. I can understand if it was busy, total of two customers in the restaurant!
Speed of service was good given they were busy. Fries were a bit on the soggy/under cooked side and I wouldn't really say the staff give "service eith a smile".

Today, public toilets were all dirty and when told staff, they were not happy.
Coffee, wasnt as nice as usual and asked for a happy meal for grandson and his toy was a girls. He was not happy.play area was good, well maintained and clean.
'You gave me $1 too little. ' - however my cash was already in the cash-drawer. Who was right? Better training required in cash handling: retain the given notes and coin separate from the storage tray, give any change, then finally put the customer's cash away.
Best Coffee at in Macs in Australia and believe me I would know maybe not sure with WA but l travel a lot!
Was good but has gone downhill fast. Had a hashbrown this morning that was as dry as a bagged potato chip: P and always have to go to waiting bay. Maybe new management who knows but it's gone bad
This is the first time I've ever given a poor review. We visited this MacDonald's on Sunday 10 Feb 2019. The tables alongside of us were stacked with the refuse of earliers diners, the tables, seating and floor, all filthy. We there an hour; no one cleaned or tidied, even though they had to walk padt the filth to bring our order.
The toilets were equally filthy and stank like an open sewer.
Keep on driving. This MacDonald's failed on all meadures.
Pathetic service.had to wait almost 30 minutes for a take out on boxing day.none of the self service kiosk were working.
Slow service.the chicken butgers are not worth the prices they are charging. The chicken nuggets are bigger than the burger. Ive told staff about this. But for me no more chicken burgers at macdonalds.
Normally I don't expect much in the way of service from any McDonald's branch but unfortunately this time it was the laziest service ever. I got to the counter the staff were busy chatting close to the kitchen area and for a solid 30 seconds completely ignored me as I stood there waiting. No smiles or greeting but a robotic order taker. When my food came I was given the wrong drink. I alerted them to it and they simply gestured to another drink that was meant to be mine and not even bother to get it for me and no apologies. Wow I normally don't complain but that was bad.
