McDonald's Heatherton

Staff were not bothered about customers waiting at the counter, even after ordering via the kiosk, my item was still not being attended to until I made a request to one of the staff.
Most MacDonalds outlets are the same since being franchised. Quality of service and food has dropped.

Really slow service and while waiting in drive thru we could see staff just wandering around appearing not to be working and then notice how disgustingly dirty the coffee machine area was. So much for cleanliness McDonald's.

Some Maccas have noisy kitchens - music blearing out and the "beeping" alarms set to max volume. The Heatherton Maccas was quiet ("beeps" volume very low!), quiet, professional and friendly atmosphere and service. Good onya, Heatherton Maccas!

Actually pleased with the service here yesterday. Let's hope that they keep up the good work and learn from this.

Bit of wait time in drive thru, multiple drinks require cardboard holder, good thing we carry one in glove box

If you don’t order on the screen they will ignore you at the counter even the manager probably looked at me about 4 times and i stood there for over 5 minutes and an employee walked past me, this happens every time

The guy taking the orders un drive thru must get paid by the order. Told me to drive around after every item.

The restaurant inside was not too clean. It was very busy and looked like it was very understaffed. The interior was not great (the screens above the cashiers were missing and there was no one there when we walked in - we had to order via our phones, the app, otherwise I am not sure how much we would need to wait for).

It's a Macca's, like what do you expect, food is mid, but this is one of the better Macca's so I recommend it over others.

Girl with purple ponytail horrible customer service, not helpful and refused to listen to us when asking about a product on the screen. Arguing and making smart remarks to us even though we were just asking a question. Food was cold and soggy was overall not worth the money or the trip

Woeful. The whole world is short-staffed but this was an extreme case. I feel for the poor manager who was dealing with broken-down ice cream equipment, a broken cash drawer, angry customers, cancelled delivery service orders and a stressed and confused skeleton staff. Order took a full half-hour to arrive but was correct when it finally came, which was more than can be said for some. The Franchisee needs to step up, invest, and support his/her people. Shameful.

Terrible service. Bad enough I had to wait in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes (under the impression the point of drive through was to get through quickly) but to top it off they can't even put the lid on my coffee properly and I ended up wearing it, thanks for making me stink for the rest of the day.
Not to mention the number of times they've asked me to park in the waiting bay only to have them completely forget I was there.

Super quick with Drive Thru, always had fresh burgers here. The staff here are polite, well mannered and welcoming. It’s quite clean here. Good management. They value customers time and are quick when it’s super busy as well that makes them stand above the rest. Keep it up!

Ordered in restaurant 1 deluxe cheeseburger meal, 1 happy meal and 1 hash brown. I had my 5 year old daughter with me. It took them 20 minutes to make, the chips came out cold and they forgot the hash brown and free glass. Not happy. I’d give them zero stars if that was an option.

I had waited over 15 minutes for my latte, so went to the counter as I thought it had been forgotten. I stood there trying to get someone's attention, as they kept walking right past me, for about 4 minutes. Finally got someone's attention and they made my latte. I ended up tipping it all out (other than maybe 3 small sips) because it was undrinkable.
I understand if an order goes missing, I totally understand that and will be super lenient with these sort of things, but when staff members just keep ignoring you and walking past you when you're clearly trying to get their attention, it's not a great look.

Order 2 coffees and 1/4 pounder. Young girl struggled with till. She was a trainee. Witch is fine, we all have to learn. Someone came over to help her, confirming my order 2coffees and 1/4 pounder. The waited for ten mins at counter. And was given my 2 coffees, but no 1/4 pounder after letting them know they gave me one within 30 seconds, then I sat down to eat my burger a big juicy 1/4 pounder…. It was the size of a kids burger. How can this be a 1/4 pounder. I’m disgusted at the size. What happened to the BIG MAC the 1/4 POUNDER Go and look at BURGER KING. I AM SO DISGUSTED NOT AT THE SERVICE BUT AT THE CON OF THE SIZE.

Time & time again this McDonald's messes up mine & my friends orders with missing items & incorrect items they just dont care. They throw the orders together with carelessness. Tonight's order I didn't receive my drink, my fries weren't even 1/3 full just a few sitting on the bottom of the container & the burger was inedible I had to throw it out. Tried contacting menulog to resolve the issue to no avail. Terrible place don't order food from there, if need be order from a different McDonald's.

Staff look like they are in the morgue- yawning dragging feet no interest no smiles. Order took ages, coffee disgusting

A little confusion with order, I used the quick serve kiosk but seemed to wait longer. But as I said some confusion. That being said the staff worked hard to resolve the confusion and were so friendly. Also if you like beautiful blonds the supervisor alone is worth going to this particular McDonald's.
