I have already paid, but the machine has no paper, but the staff said that the record could not be found. They want me to order a meal once. For breakfast, a muffin, a hamburger and a cup of coffee cost me 34 yuan? Really feeling totally inactive to deal with it sucks

Okay, credit where it’s due - The chips served here at this McDonald’s are quite possibly the best example of McDonald’s fries you will find anywhere in the world! Now that’s saying something! And I don’t give out that price lightly.

I take my my son for a weekly tutoring session and on the way to school as a treat he gets to order a serve of McDonalds fries. Week in week out every time the chips are absolutely perfect. Presented well and importantly perfectly salted. So often they’re under salted and you need to put your own salt on them and occasionally there’s too much salt but here at this McDonald’s they are absolutely spot on. If this is a reflection of how they serve any other food then it’s likely you’re going to be eating McDonalds as good as it’s ever going to get.

Why bother calling it 24 hours when you cant even go inside to order food at 11pm on a Saturday night. Manager was rude and unhelpful, stating its drive thru only, when she could see I didn't have a car, and also said I wasn't allowed to just walk up to the drive thru to order instead.

Seems like you're forced to use uber eats and pay more money, unless you have a car.

Absolutely useless. I’m not sure why it says open 24 hours when I went here the second time on my break only to be told at drive thru they’re not taking orders, and when I do order around 10pm they get my order completely wrong and then try to tell me I should’ve told them before I got to the window. It shouldn’t be as much of a hassle for a fast food chain at 3: 00 am

Fast efficient but the fries were hit and miss. This time a bit of a miss. A bit limp but still ok. Onion rings tried for the first time. Not the best.

Without a doubt the best McDonalds in Melbourne- I’m so lucky this is right near my workplace. The drive through is exceptional with very fast and accurate service. The food is always fresh and my coffee always correct.

Very clean and courteous, and their prices are lower than most other stores. I found this to make it my fave store.

Last time l went there l ordered a family meal got home missing a burger and got coke zero not happy

Supplied wrong order through drive through.went into store to fix.and picked up "correct" order! Then drove off without checking. Found still wrong order.never go there again!

Worst experience! Ignored and not served, spoke with manager who clearly didn't care! As my local i will not be going back!

Came into this Mcdonalds and was assisted by a young lady named Jarlene. Phenomenal service and very helpful. This by far was exceptional service.

Regular customer, always drove through and grabbed coffee. Today, tried McChicken burger, unfortunately ate a very long fine blonde hair in burger. Drove back and made a verbal report. The manager was very apologetic, handled the situation well and gave me $6.2 refund (the reason I gave 2 stars), however I wish the food hygiene standard should be better especially during COVID.

Customer service, very bad, don't even put in the effort to acknowledge their customers. There Mac Cafe isn't even open so hence no getting my coffee from there but from the main counter.

Popped in for a coffee during COVID 19. Spotless store, all staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer dispensers available. Got served promptly, a perfect Latte by smiling staff. The toilets were clean, and everything worked and was fully stocked.

What can I say? It's a Pizza Shop. Not friendly. Very sterile set up. Counter height is great if you're 6-7 feet tall! Constant delivery drivers in-&-out. The business is designed for home deliveries mainly not for silly people like me to cone in and order. It's about quantity and speeds.nothing else required

Crispiest chicken nuggets I've ever had from anywhere! Fast, friendly service. Playground is great for keeping the kids busy.

Usual mcdonalds but check your order this place regularly gets it wrong and manageress doesn't care much when they do.
