McDonald's Hampton Park

The drive through attendant didn't give right change and when I went to go back in to get correct change I got told that they can't do anything then when I got home the food was cold and my burger was dripping and basically had to put it all together.

Worst McDonalds in Australia. Never get the orders right. Delivered wrong items and no extras that were ordered on other items. Stay well away.

Ordered $15 of maccas just to get the 25 percent discount on the app, picked up from drive through. Served meal without discount, should have just ordered less to not get discount and would have saved more. Multiple occasions have been given the wrong order. Not the best service.

Wemt there today and whoever was running the shift wouldn't be able to organise a root in a brothel cars backed up out the drive thru customers lining up inside getting told to use the self service register after standing there for 5 mins without being noticed then after using the self serve machine waited another 10mins for someone to serve me to pay for my order ended up walking out and not bothering I get it's busy but cmon

Very busy yet amazing relaxed service.
Food was great and love the new healthy menu.
The smoothy was good

The best McDonalds I have been to in the area. All credit to the newest addition in the menu - Donuts, choco brownies are the best ever. But can’t ignore cheese danish. I have never been fan of maccas in the past but these 3 new menu items are making me return for more.

Nice for a Maccas. 1 staff member was quite rude when she told us no coffee from the Cafe (only drive thru apparently) but I had ordered from the self serve and a qentleman got the coffees to us promptly.

Would give 5 stars, however the dining area was a mess. We as patrons should do our part in using the bins provided. Simply putting our trash in the bin as we leave would be greatly appreciated by all.

Maccas drive through staff don’t listen to your order we ordered 2 cheese and tomato toasties only to get a reply 10 no two anything else yes one caramel late and before we could say what else a snappy anything else came back over the speaker yes a half strength late anything else yes two sugars extra hot. We got to the window to be asked if the order on the screen was correct and as we said no she walked away and another came to the register we didn’t order ham and cheese so she said two cheese toasties. No cheese and tomato and we got a tut as if it was an inconvenience. The traffics coming off sth gippy hwy uses the car park as a thoroughfare racetrack to beat the traffic turning at the lights. This is our local Maccas and often on a weekend you can’t get a car park with all the car boots open buying meat out the back of a black van. Is it a Mac Donald’s carpark for Mac Donald’s customers or carpark trading

Got my order wrong. It’s not the first time. The coffee from there is always tooooo hot, I did not ask extra HOT

It's always difficult ordering here and often wrong. The attached photo is of a "full" cup which I asked to be topped up with milk, however I was told no that's full there's nothing I can do.

Careless Drive thru, coke post-mix tasteless needs topping up, no salt on chips, no napkins ffs. Chips dumped in bag upside down and everywhere. Thanks a lot! Somehow even the burger seemed tasteless and under seasoned

Very crowded place and very hard to find the speaker to order if you drive through take away at night.

Service is mostly rude, if you dont wanna work there then quit. They give you the wrong order and u correct them nicely yet they give you the look n snatch the food n dont even apologize.

They promote 36 or so frozen drinks available, after a 17 min wait for the "Frozen drink", they probably should stick to just one flavour and make sure they get it right. Or wait for winter, very good chance you actually get a Frozen drink and not a half cup melted and the other half useless drink. Not in a hurry to go back. Unable to -1 stars.

Worst McDonalds in Melbourne. Once again had to wait in the waiting bay for nearly 10 minutes. Ridiculous wait times. Everytime I go through the drive thru I am asked to wait in a waiting bay for my order.

12pm Sunday 20th jan 2018. Drive through. Cold fries, no napkins. She almost threw the bag of food at me.

Can't believe I got handed a straw by a server, she didn't have gloves on and the straw didn't have a wrapper on it. I don't know where her hand or that straw has been. Disgusting

Pretty slow, poor guy in Cafe was on his own with no help and had to deal with a bunch of complaints from drive through customers.

Since when can you not place a order over the phone? !
Had to go in and wait 30 minutes while they made my 36 burgers and hash browns.
