Went to this store Saturday night. No one was interested in getting my order for 13 minutes. They were only doing drive through and delivery orders.
Useless whoever works the morning shift 5am, especially the old lady no respect nor manners and I've been waiting n hr just for 2 meals
Much like any other McDonald's really, the service and food quality hasn't been too bad lately. 2 drive thru lanes so it moves reasonably quickly. Easy entry and exit onto main roads
Extremely rude works in they 60s, being very rude and not treating me equal as everyone else. I wasn't wearing a mask due to I having a mask exemption so they kicked me out the store and said your banned from this Maccas due to not having a mask on. Absolutely disgusting and so so so disrespectful to me. Unbelievable!
Went to this Mc Donalds this morning, all I can say is nothing but slop, not only cold, the Mc Muffin was chucked together nothing was in the Muffin, cheese was melted in the wrapping, absolutely disgusting, so sick of paying for food that you can't eat. You pay good money to have decent food and you don't get it. (minus stars)
The serving staff at the counter were wonderful. The staff out back were understaffed and overworked. Our big breakfast burgers were disgustingly greasy. Mine had a live spider in it and my husband's was falling apart and had no egg. We were refunded without question and asked if we wanted a replacement but I doubt I'll be eating from McDonald's any time soon.
Drive thru need some training in customer service. Would typically come in just to buy a drink some ice would be nice.
Literally the worst maccas, never get a fresh order when you go there, they cant even put in straws or napkins.its not that hard to put stuff in a bag.
I love how much egg shell they put in a bacon and egg McMuffin and get your order wrong all the time. Keep up the great work!
There are just some places that don't work for you and McDonald's Hampton Park is one of those for me. Whenever my wife picks up dinner no problem everything is there everything is generally good. Whenever I pick up there is a long wait parked waiting for them to bring the food out or things missing burgers missing cheese or bacon or whatever and all sorts of things. I have lived near by for 12 years and no jokes every time. I stopped going there and driving all the way to Doveton or Lyndhurst etc. Tonight after a long break of 6 months I went there and bang. 4 meals no Chips. Hahahaha

Ordered medium wrap meal tonight. Drove home before realising they forgot the wrap. Tried calling 10 times (because when you complain online the store get upset) no answer. I drive 10 mins back. They make my wrap then give it to ubereats "accidentally". Then another worker asked what I'm waiting for (because no orders on the screen) I tell her my order, her colleague tells her they gave wrap to uber eats order and are making another one. Couple minutes later she gives me my wrap. No apology for the stuff up or the wait. More of an attitude because I requested fresh fries as the fries at home would be cold and stale. Unprofessional, unorganised and front of house acted like their stuff ups were a joke.
If I could give you less I would, you flat out lied to my son and made him fill silly loudly in front of other customers, he asked for a caramel frappe, you made one with chocolate drizzle and when he asked for caramel you said it never came with caramel drizzle, he said the last 3 times it did to which you said well I doubt that, I wish I'd got your name as I just looked at the Web site and here's the item verbatim "McDonald's Caramel Frappé recipe is made with rich caramel flavor and a hint of coffee, blended with ice, and topped with whipped topping and caramel drizzle. Available in Small, Medium, and Large. " My son suffers severe anxiety and it's massive for him to speak up, but thanks for making him feel foolish when he was right, please get some training in customer service and I'm sure your different uniform would say you were in charge, visited 12/8 around 1.45pm.
Second time they give me the wrong order, next time make sure you double check people's order before you send it to us.food is not for free we pay for it

Please get your toasties right, if someone asks for ham, cheese and tomato, then they shouldn’t get all the way home and not see any ham, and it’s a toastie not a sandwich so make sure cheese is melted
The food is good. They serve according to their standards. Very good to go when nothing is open! Love their Angus burger, it's delicious, try it!
Drive through service is good, but always, always getting the order wrong or something is missing from the order with a long wait time.
Visited with friend. Guy in coffee area mumbled something about not being able to serve us and directed us to main counter.
Orders arrived 5 minutes apart and there was confusion which resulted in us getting the other's coffee.
Admittedly noise level was high which made communication difficult & lady did sort out our drinks, eventually.
Ordered a few McFlurrys via uber eats. Took 28 minutes 'wrapping up' the order. It's a 3 minute drive from my house. I could have gone there 4 times and back in the time it took to receive the melted McFlurrys. Kids are not impressed and neither am I.
Very bad customer service. Specially “Lily” she doesn’t know how to deal anyone. Rude behaviour And when I explained stuff to her she showed attitude lts likes she doesn’t care at all. Of course she doesn’t cause it not her business. Very arrogant and unprofessional
