McDonald's Hampton Park

I could give 0 star if there was the option. We bought 4 meals but we only 3 put in to the bag. When i called the shop an employee told me to come and take the voucher or the nuggets before 11. When i told her they should be careful, she said they are under staff. No apologies nothing. It was like it is happening every day and is normal for them. I can't be bothered to go again and get the meal, i certainly would like them to hire more staff and ttain their employees.

Very disappointing.
Go through drive thru 15 minutes after midnight to order 24 nuggets, to be told they only do 20 nuggets after midnight but for more money of course.
So I told them not to worry about it, and drove off.
Bloody ridiculous.
Just ripping off there customers.
Disgraceful McDonald's.

The worst maccas I have ever been in. I ordered through the app then I went to drive thru I repeated the code 7 times till they understood what I was saying, which is very disappointing. Then they forced me to pay extra because the payment was pending! Then she said just pay $7 and that $7 was already paid by the point. It took 25 minutes to get it solved then the food was cold. Very bad customer service and slow.

Used to be really good about 4-6 months earlier. But now, service is HORRIBLE! Not enough staff in the morning. Taking forever just to get a coffee. Most young staff (specially female) are Rude, or just don’t care. Very disappointing

The slowest Maccas to order in store.
5 mins… since I’ve walked in, and still waiting for my order.
It’s not that hard people.

Food was all cold, and burgers were swimming in grease, and the service was absolutely terrible. No surprise, it's just another mcdonald's

What a bunch of clowns, waited 35 minutes for a Coffee Frappe over hearing the conversations about losing virginity and sex, just for them to tell me there not doing Coffee Frappes, managers don’t care at all absolute disgrace.

Meal was ok, then decided to use the toilets, the males toilet is out of order and was like the room doesn't get cleaned what so ever, I've used cleaner public toilets on the roadside.

Chips tipped upside down, food was cold and not a serviette to be seen, this place continues to provide poor service over and over

Have had better service elsewhere! Coffees and hot chocolate are always WARM! Today they forgot something in my order! 6/10 for me!

The service was very very bad, I just order 2 frozen coke, one is give me half of it, when I ask to change, they said don’t be rude, I didn’t see anything or not angry, just they give me change. When I drink another one on the go home way, another one is wrong one, the test is not coke! This is worst service I had ever seen.

So when they say 24hrs they don't actually mean 24hrs I've been here about 3 times now between 2am and 3am on different nights over two weeks and I get the same response the system is down we can't serve you.what a joke

This maccas don't even deserve 1 star.the worst manager I've ever seen in my whole life I was waiting at drive and was discriminated would never go again apart from this I went inside I asked the manager why you guys taking other people orders but not mine she started yelling time was 4: 53 Am and date was 13/11/2021 check the footage

Very friendly & cooperative staff. Ladies so soft spoken. Went there in between my work, treated me like king even though i had only few pennies in my pocket. Really appreciate it.

The service at McDonald's in Wallan, is outstanding. Staff are very polite and friendly, and the store is kept very clean.

Walk in behind a afghan family, they we're waiting for a good 10min to get serve, I couldn't help myself but to yell at one of the staffs to serve this family why would you make a family of 4 kids wait

The absolute SLOWEST service I have ever received at a maccas. Don't bother ordering on the app, and don't bother with the drive thru. In fact, avoid this one altogether

A well needed meal after some sorely needed retail therapy. Always have good service here and this time no issue with the meal.

Very bad drive thru experience today at 6.30 pm. The ordering n payout staff was polite but the collection of food counter staff were rude. They were suppose to reimburse me back my money for a wrong error they made n had so much trouble getting back the refund. Even the mgr was not helpful, he was not bothered and made me wait. This is not my first bad experience with the staff.

Pretty meh, sometimes u will get good food and a good service and other times it will be the complete opposite, employees seem decently competent but I can’t say I’m impressed.
