McDonald's Fawkner II VIC

Is it unheard of to hire well mannered teenagers? As opposed to the impolite, unpleasant and uneducated mongrels that you have employed. Apologies that I am not a 20 year old middle eastern boy driving a BMW through the drive thru. I now understand why I am met with emotionless and forced smiles by your dissatisfied female staff.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s restaurants in Melbourne, it is not like any of them are good. I found a plastic glove, hair, broken nail, spit and the burgers are far from fresh. They need to have subways motto in, “eat subway eat fresh”. Which we all know is rubbish. The stuff are rude, especially the one hijab girl, couldn’t remember her name. Personally if you want good food don’t waste your time and money here. Hope you have a good day.

I came to this McDonald’s at 7: 30 in the morning for breakfast and it’s he first time I’ve come to McDonald’s and been disrespected by every single employee I spoke to! Although there was only me and 2 other people in store at the time, still took 7 minutes for my meal because they needed to make coffees for people waiting in drive thru! When I ordered I asked for eat in and they gave my meal in a bag and then when I asked for a tray to put my food on, the girl rolled her eyes at me while giving me one! When placing my order I asked the guy that served me if I needed a table number because there were signs saying “take a number and we bring your food to you”, he said “no just stand to the side and wait for your meal! After my meal was eventually ready, they didn’t give me a receipt so I didn’t know my order number and they got angry with me because they had to call my number 4 times before I said that it may be mine but I don’t know cause I never got my receipt! Also I ordered a large frappe with my meal that was only 3/4 full and when I asked to fill it, they said they couldn’t because it’s how they make them in a blender and everyone gets the same amount which is a load of crock because my frappe has always been full in the past! If I wanted a small, I would’ve asked for one! Last thing I got a ham cheese pocket and when I opened it, it was wrapped in a whole meal wrap which I don’t eat and when I asked about it they said they ran out of white ones and it’s all they had! Well derrrr maybe tell me that when I ordered it so I’m not paying for something I don’t eat/like! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE

I went to this Maccas twice. Once they flat out refused to serve me because it was drive thru only, we then informed them that were in a truck and wouldn't fit the drive thru. The staff were rude in how they delt with this conversation. So i came back the next morning. They were incredibly slow I'm serving me and I waited 20 minutes for an egg because they had none. Then they messed up my order anyway. Good toilets tho

Great Itallian food, traditional wood fired Pizza and other Italian dishes. Good atmosphere and always alive inside.

Compared to other McDonalds I've been to, the one in Fawkner was very disorganized, a complete schomozzle.

You know exactly what you're getting at Maccas. It's an enjoyable fast food experience that satisfies all sorts of tastes and requirements. Experiences can differ from store to store but generally speaking staff are helpful, friendly and we'll trained
