McDonald's Fawkner II VIC

Well I've finally got an off meal. My Pattie tasted like the meat was going off and even has a tinge of that smell. My double cheese burger should've been warm at least but it seems like it was someones lunch that went cold and they shoved it in my bag and the only warmth on that burger was mainly from the fish fillet burger underneath it. I quickly spat it out when I took my first bite this is gross and unhygienic and to top it off, I couldn't get a refund for their disgusting food from Uber eats "Help" menu or from the store when I called in to complain.

NO DRINKS AND NO HAPPY MEAL. AGAIN!
I am very disappointed.it is the third time in a row that this has happened.

I don't usually get coffees from Maccas (but had to out of urgency). My coffee came with chewing gum in it. Got my refund- but how is this even possible with the industry's hygiene standards?

I went through the drive through and food was cold but what really got me mad was the coke was soda water I work hard for my money and I think it was a total rip of never again will those mugs get my money and also answer your phone wrest MacDonald in Australia pathetic service as well

What is the point of having a promotion to receive a free cup when you buy a meal from the Big Mac family & then not receive it. Also to order chicken nuggets & not get the sauce. As a single mum it’s not like I have a lot free time to chase up the mistakes

As a business owner I feel that its really important to credit good customer service. I went through drive thru today around 10pm and was served by Faozi (yet again) who was extremely polite, had excellent customer service and always seems to be working so hard. He is also very invested in his role. Excellent customers service and fast and fresh food. (My receipt number is 168)

They make you wait in the waiting area for an ice cream cone w no cars behind? Service abit poor I reckon.

Staff got my order wrong, I added bacon to Mcfeast and was forgotten. But the worst part was when I complained, they merely opened up my now cold burger with more handling, inserted a piece of bacon! Poor form McDonalds fawkner, revise your food handling skills please.

McDonalds Fawkner will always, without a doubt forget something.
Chances of the food being cold. 50/50.
Chances of the staff making you feel like an absolute disappointment to your entire family. 100%

Not clean very messy and bad bad bad service.young kids working with hardly any experience probably underpaid too.not happy

Drive through only open. 7 minutes from. Entry to of orders because they make you waitnfor better speed of service. Then at the window my items were there when I arrived. Over all not bad But not perfect.

One of the better Maccas around town. Staff here seem happier than other places, they must have decent managers, consequently food, ordering & service is usually great, never had a wrong order or any problems here, they make a nice Mcafe cuppa too.

Terrible drive through service. After waiting 10.mins we then had to wait in a waiting bay. Bad customer service Bad food. Go to hungry jacks across the road.

Dried up stale burgers with miniscule amounts of sauce, onion in the box not ON the burger, large chips only half full.bad enough what they charge for fries but then cant even give u a proprr serving size.last time for me.lift ya game

We only orded 2 burgers 1 chips & 2 drinks yet we were told ro wait in the waiting bay? (2 small car spots that prevent other cars from passing you). 10mins later we got our cold burgers, soggy cold fries & undrinkable watered down cola flavoured drink.yuk food was awful sorry.

Most of the time I stuck in DRIVE THRU waiting bay, and I have gotten frozen banana bred instead of tostted many times, unfortunately it's on my way: (

Thay are so show at night time there are now other car in the dive throw and thay put you in the waiting bay for a happy meal for 10 minutes

Terrible store did a menulog order waited over 1 hour no delivery. Called the store multiple times no one answers don’t bother ordering here try another store.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Great location, especially for such a busy intersection, quickly in and out. Great service from the young staff there.

Slow Service.mostly rude cashiers/staff at both drive through and pick up windows. A GENUINE SMILE AND MANNERS GOES A LONG WAY.
