Disgusting restuarant the hygene is poor and tables weren't wiped down. Rubbish on tables. Food was cold and luke warm. Avoid completely unless you want to get sick.

Super busy store this especially during peak wait time could be up to 40 minutes. The rest is very similar to the other outlets.

Pretty slow service and they always forget my orders from the drive thru.i waited 20 mins from the waiting bay and found out my order is just there and cold already.i also expect that when you put the food in the take away bag its complete without checking but found out missing apple pies, burgers and frozen.now i always check the bags!

I found everything I need there. I visit reliance real estate there yesterday and grab treat for Halloween love the office setup for the event.

Really wish they would learn how to steam the cheeseburger bun. I’ve gotten use to poor customer service through fast food, no different here.

Scariest maccas I’ve ever been too. Plus they had their milk and cream in the cafe left on the bench for over an hour. Yuck

Ordered on the self serve, waited 15 minutes, my number was displayed, then it disappeared, so I went up to ask and they told me that the frappe machine was broken, my other items were sitting there waiting, nobody had the brains to tell me earlier, food was cold and sloppy, haven't been to another mcdonalds since, stay away from this store

Went through the drive through, waited in the waiting bay to get home and find the only bit that we correct was the drinks

Had to go back up to the counter four times because of the errors on our order. My double fish sandwich had one piece of cheese cut in half instead of two slices. Poor quality food.

Staff seemed more interested in socializing with one another than cleaning and serving customer's. It was a little untidy inside and outside

Ordered 2 McFlurrys.had to wait 15 minutes and they stuffed up the order. Staff seemed to have no clue how to do this super simple task. The cup was passed to about three different people each looking more confused than the last. By the time we got our order they were basically milk. Never bothering to go here again

I get it, it’s 1.45am, but to not have any kind of contact or pick up the phone after 3 attempts at calling when they get your order wrong is ridiculous, take it off your menu if you can’t serve it

Poor customer service, teach your school kid staff to be attentive, seemed like they were having a party. Waited several minutes at drive-thru before someone came to take the order

Todays visit was excellent. Friendly, efficient, well trained staff. Food consistant as per all McDonalds. Easy access, no stairs.

One of the wonders of the modern world, how you can buy a Fillet of Fish form a maccas and every time they come out different.

Absolutely a McDonald's fan. I miss Ham-Burglar and the other mascots. I'm 45 years of age now, but you're never too old for a novelty glass or fun happy-meal toy.

Could not use your app to order, then when you finally get to the drive thru, between ordering loaded fries and getting to the second window to pick up your order it took over 15 mins and you could guess the fries were cold by then.

Drive through. Bad quality food cold and old, the worst service I've ever experienced, basically ignored by staff and given nasty looks for asking for a receipt.

One of the biggest rubbish mcdonalds i ever came in. Waited 20 for salad then it was wrong one again waited 20 min brought me salad half of the items missing never will ever come in again. Service “0”
