McDonald's Eltham

Make sure to open the take away box or bag to check your order before you go, I ordered 4 burgers and only found 3 after going back home. And they refused to do anything to make up their mistake, other than you go back to get the missing burger (15 minutes drive one way)

Staff is friendly as compared to other branches of McDonald's. It is a fairly busy place especially during the weekends. Sometimes you will get extra or no items added to your menu without asking/ordering which is bit disappointing.

Every time I come through this drive through, I end up in the waiting bay for anywhere from 10 minutes up. Save yourself some time and stop off at another McDonald's, or try the Hungry Jack's around the corner.

1 star is pretty generous i would say. Staff are useless. Time and time again they seem to mess up the order. Ordered a Mcfeast and got a double quarter ponder, How hard is it to read the order on the TV screen in front of you and put that order in the bag? Probably a good idea to stay at school and learn to read.

Nice fish tank with fancy colourfull fished (Nemo) which my son really liked it.
The order came really quick, drive through however was really crowded and we decided to dine in instead.
Also we ordered cone ice creams but unfortunately they were out of cones.
I will go back again as I liked the atmosphere (specially the fish tank)

I have been here a couple of times as I am local to the area and the service is always incredibly slow and the dining room is always a mess. Probably lucky it’s a McDonald’s as the brand will bring people back otherwise this place would be out of business.

Terrible customer service - 20 minutes for our meals, then a thrown together big Mac had a dark hair sticking out of it. The manager was very rude and showed very poor judgement in dealing with the problem - needless to say, I walked out hungry, without a burger.

The drive through at the this McDonalds is the slowest one on earth. Don't use it if you're in a hurry. Go to the Hungry Jacks around the corner.

The standard has dropped there are messy tables and dirty floors that did not happen before. Part of the problem is that people are not removing their own rubbish to the bins, this was a good feature of McDonald's teaching us all to be considerate to others. Everyone is screaming "Clean up the Planet" so set an example and Clean Up Your Table at Macca's when you are leaving! That makes it easy for staff to whip around and wipe the tables down and we all get a clean place to eat.

Pretty dirty for a Saturday morning! Flies in all directions (I hate flies) and dirty tables.
The food was good, came out quickly and was fresh. I’m not sure what is going on, but other McDonalds’ are kicking their butts! Doncaster and Diamond Creek as examples. This one needs a decor refresh too. Everything is dirty and tired.

I had a slight error with my last meal and Brendan and his team not only went the extra mile to fix it on my next visit, but provided a great fresh breakfast. Appreciate the great service!

Waited 15mins for pancakes and one breakfast burger. When we asked what the wait was no one answered. When we walked away the manager came out and i went and asked why there was such a long wait, her answer was sorry. Wow! McDonalds customer sevice has definitely gone to the way side. Pick up youe game!

Quality of the finished product is steadily decreasing, not to mention the quantity of servings is getting markedly smaller.seems to be what is happening in all fast food providers. 4 star because of the access and parking.

Since Traditional Iced Lemonade was introduced last year, I have only been able to purchase one. Same excuses, we've ran out or machine broken. NOT good enough, so sick of this outlet, will definitely be trying another suburb

If it wasn’t for the lovely staff I would be rarely Eltham McDonalds one star only. You have not had air conditioning for two years, and only now have installed units! Shame on the owners. Secondly, your ice cream machines are never working! I also noticed a few weeks ago that you had boxes of food delivered that was not brought in from outside for over an hour (we were there for that long) and it was over 30 degrees outside. The owners and managers should be ashamed.

Very busy, lined up to get served, get to the register and the young manager tells me I be better off using screen to order. Service is not a priority here.

Night staff is really stupid, they forget the orders. They alter your meals, I asked for a large meal they gave me a small. They definitely don’t like to fix their problem rather prefer arguments. Which customer don’t have time for.

Slowest maccas ever. People literally got out of their cars to have smokes with each other.and the hash browns were an undercooked oily mess:/

By far the best service I've had from any McDonald's. Neat and clean facility with excellent customer service. Food actually presented like it is advertised. The best tasting McDonald's I've had.

I always go to this store on my way back from work.always see many young elites of Australia hang out.atmosphere is not bad.:)
