Ordered 2 Big Mac meals minus pickles went on our way to the picnic we got the meals out of the bag to find no buns on the Big Mac
Meat just thrown in the box my dogs wouldn’t even eat it check your meals before leaving this joint or avoid altogether none hygienic place

Young man at order section mucked the order. At the collection point further blunders occurred. When we got home we realised the mistakes. We had ordered large drinks and we had been given small and sugar free. Very disappointing.

I asked them to make fries fresh I don't mind waiting.
So I waited 5 whole mins in the waiting bay and they brought out cold fries
Always happens everywhere I go.

Bloody expensive shakes! $6.50! And they're not even real ones!
Cold food as per usual.
One day we will get value for money hopefully?

Had a big order and pretty much every burger was wrong. Didn’t receive the Angus burger at all. The 2 x mcrispy burgers we ordered were both missing lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. The buns on these were also burnt. Then somehow you also managed to get a simple double cheeseburger wrong. Ordered it with no pickles and extra onions. Received a single cheeseburger with no onions at all and an added white sauce. Legit terrible. Actually expected the missing item from past experiences. But definitely didn’t expect everything else to be completely wrong

Best maccas in my area, never get the order wrong and usually have all their machines working

What a shame that a staff member who run orders out thinks it is ok to be rude to customers. Came out with two drinks no cup tray after having to go and get the drinks which she forgot. She asked if I wanted a cup tray and I said no I'd sort it out given she had already been out twice. Out of the nowhere she says "you should have asked for one.

We're closer to another maccas but make the drive to this one every time for better quality. Never disappointed

Pathetic. They don’t seem to be able to get an order right to save themselves. Double Big Mac, I think not only single patties. And that’s only this time. They’re great about fixing it, but it’s just about every time that the order is wrong.

Tonight after asking for my meal to be cooked fresh I received cold card board fries and flat coke. Half empty and old.: (and old nuggets that have been out for about 12hrs. I love maccas but you guys need to lift your game.

It’s come to our attention on a recent trip prior to lockdown one of your staff members stood out to us after reading the name tag a young man named Finley went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was optimal 10/10 customer rapport not only ensuring we had a clean table and ample napkinage, he also managed to deliver and clear our table with a contagious smile thus making our experience truely majestic and had us talking about how good eltham maccas and their staff are for weeks, thank you Finley we will never forget you!

Very good McDonalds, I had my 10th birthday there and they let us in the freezer and see all the frozen patties and bags of fries, I don’t know why but it was just what my celebration needed to really pop off. I was 22 years old when I realised that blowing ‘magic air’ on Polaroids doesn’t make them develop faster but actually makes the ink run. Thanks a lot Eltham McDonald’s

On our way to work very early in the morning. Ordered Sausage and Egg muffin in a drive through in a meal and they gave us BACON and Egg muffin item only! They didn’t charge us the price of a meal, but still. Bacon and Egg should be nice too, but this one taste a bit sour. Worst of all, one of us in the car is trying out the first ever drive through at any Maccas, and you gave him a bad image to other franchise owners. Please speak to the employees who worked Friday 18th June 2021 at 9am ASAP.

Apart from the excellent service we received it was a nice surprise to see the tropical fish tank as you entered the restaurant. I studied it for a while after we ordered our food and noticed other people equally facinated and obviously enjoying looking at it as well. Anyway I will return to this particular McDonalds if only to see the fish tank next time I am over this way and of course I will probably enjoy a meal here as well. Certainly worth stopping for.

One of the better Maccas around. Reasonably clean, and plenty of parking. There’s major roadworks going on at the other end of Bolton Street, so there can be a bottleneck at the driveway into the restaurant, especially at peak hours.

Great place even better staff it was lovely walking and seeing a beautiful marine fishtank. It made my experience so memorable.thanks

A really good McDonald’s. Great service and the food always seems to be fresh and tasty. It’s not open 24 hours which is a shame but I do recommend this McDonald’s all the same if you are in the area. Plenty of parking in the car park as well.

The worst McDonald's in the nation - orders are always wrong, food preparation is slow and sloppy, zero pride in customer service and an indictment on the McDonald's brand.

Food is your same as always macas, but hygiene wise. I don't understand why are macas always so dirty! Tables were dirty, seats were dirty, both make and female toilets were disgusting.

The worst McDonald’s in Melbourne, They consistently get orders wrong and food quality/preparation is always very poor.

Avoid! And order at other nearby restaurants.
