McDonald's Eltham

Just another McD but with an aquarium. It's fun to see Mr Nemo & Ms Dory wiggling their tails. Oh! Hey! Did you spot them?

Honestly, 10/10. Went with a couple of friends today, and we were all in awe of how good the experience was. The inside is really nicely renovated, and kept quite clean. Service and employees were all pretty nice, and the food came out hot and fresh. Highlight was the frozen mango, which went down really smoothly, compared to other stores where it can be quite icy. Overall, great Maccas, and would come back again

Waited more than 15 minutes for 2 sundaes and 6 nuggets on Saturday night. Service is disgraceful.

Left un wanted stuff in my burger a few times other than that its meccas? Lol there all kind of the same

Went through drive through ordered 3 hamburger meals. After we left missing one fries. Have one job to do? Isn't the first time.

The drive through is super in efficient. The food is undercooked. Parts of the order have been missing, staff were rude when we returned to pick up the missing parts.

McDonald’s in Eltham is ideal for morning hotcakes, or night time Big Mac’s. It’s drive through has two ordering lanes, and even long queues get dealt with rapidly.

Eltham also never forgets to include a hash brown with the breakfast value meals, which some of the other McDonald’s seem to.

Cons: the kids playground is ill suited to large adults.

Worst maccas in Melbourne, they always get something wrong, 9 out of 10 times they stuff things up. Meat in patty when asked for none. No cheese in burger, coffee full of froth not coffee, chips half full. Cold food. Worse maccas ever, consistently worst ever.

You guys are a joke I not going there to get 5 star service but a little common courtesy goes a long way. If I buy a large sundae I expect it to be full not half empty, The worker stated that your policy is not to fill the cup!
When I asked the young worker for the manager she slapped her hand on the drive through window ledge with utter disrespect and then the manager came over with the same attitude!

Clean, great staff, good quality coffee from McCafe. (There was a minor problem with order so I had to drive through again but it was rectified immediately)

Terrible always getting orders wrong. Went through drive through 3 times and tgen they still mucked it up even when the manager got involved. They simply don't listen!

Can you guys fix your Menulog delivery partner settings. You are only able to buy a small frozen drink, no medium or large. Even if you buy a large meal you can only choose a small frozen drink with it. Ridiculous.and the price of a small frozen drink by itself is $4.25. Some highway robbery haha larges are $1

Service is pretty good, although they never include ceaser dressing if you get the salad, so just double check the bag before you leave!

Ordered a classic chicken salad but got a half baked attempt at a ceased salad.
A whole head of limp bruised lettuce, a scattering of bacon bits, a tiny sprinkling of cheese bits and some dried disgusting chicken and no ceaser sauce dressing. Cost me 10 bucks and it went in the bin.

Ordered through the app which confirmed my order was placed. When I arrived they act like they don't have the foggiest idea what I'm talking about. They wouldn't put through the rewards offer I was offered in the app. And the manager at the window was very rude and aggressive. She needs to be trained in customer service, maybe a cert 1 to begin with! Apparently it's the customers fault when the app malfunctions. Useless

Mia was just amazing! Highly efficient and acted accordingly, considering it wasn’t her store we where complaining about.
She went far and beyond to help us out, as we only received half our order from Greensborough. Mind you we had been trying to call Greensborough for Over half an hour and no answer.
If it wasn’t for us calling the Eltham store and speaking to Mia, we would never use the Mac Donald’s Uber eats again.
Mia you deserve an excellence award because if they didn’t have staff like you, a lot of people wouldn’t be going their.

Not sure what has happened to this mcdonalds over the last year, maybe the skills training isn't detailed. The average wait time of placing an order in store is 20minutes and by the time you finally get your order chips are cold and your thick shakes are now milk shakes.

I hate food here it is the worst food i have ever had it was horrible i nearly died after eating but the playground is fun

Ok. I have lived in Research most of my life. McDonald's in Eltham has been consistently good for over 25 years now, so I thought it was about time I wrote a review. Clean restaurant. Great service with clear communication. The food is always piping hot and fresh so I just wanted to say thanks. Best Maccas in Melbourne. They've ruined me for other McDonald's since I was 6 and continue to do so. Great job guys.

After clarifying with the worker that my order was correct, then to exit drive through and have the wrong coffees and meal. And it not the first time it’s happened.
