McDonald's Diamond Creek

Great new fit out. Staff often muck up orders which is annoying but overall it's a maccas that is consistent with maccas anywhere. Make sure you check your receipt at payment and order before driving off as they often hand you the wrong stuff. What can I say? It's a maccas.love maccas.

Disappointed. Ordered and paid for extra sauce and when I got home there was barely any sauce at all on it.

Poor service, slow staff and “near enough is good enough” attitude. They took 10 minutes to get a bacon lover burger ready, with that much time I’m expecting everything to be freshly cooked, the burger was 70% BBQ sauce and mayonnaise with one piece of bacon and the patty. Poor quality, obviously management has no standards as it is reflected though the staffs behaviour and attitude.

Modern Maccas. Indoor playground for the kids. My kids 18 months and 3 yrs had lots of fun here. Other than that it's your regular maccas.

There was a human poo on the floor in the disabled toilet. It had been missed by the cleaner for a few days, and was quite horrible to be confronted with when you want to change your child or go to the toilet in a semi clean environment.

As soon as I reported the mess to a staff member, the Manager thankfully cleaned it immediately.
If she hadn't, I would probably never go back and would have left 1 star. But because of the otherwise good service, It gets 2 stars.

We love coming to this McDonald's so our daughter can play in the playground. The staff are also good and very helpful. Although orders in store can be a bit slow.

Quality of the finished product is steadily decreasing, not to mention the quantity of servings is getting markedly smaller.seems to be what is happening in all fast food providers.

The staff their are horrible, I went there A couple of times ordered a double chicken burger, instead I kept on getting the same thing which was a cheeseburger, I still go there but sorry just one star.

Cold chips again this is the 2nd Time, I have asked for replacement chips that are at least warm forget hot. This store needs to get their act together you dont place half an order on the tray while you have to wait over 5 mins for the rest of the order and the place is disgusting bins overflowing tables filthy. Revamped the store but come on guys.

Kids and parents loved the newly renovated playground, kept them entertained for the whole party

It was a really dirty store. Bins all full and tables not wiped down. Thought it would improve with Reno but no.

Brilliant renovation, clean and pleasant layout. Bathroom facilities are immaculate as well as the restaurant floors and tables. The staff genuinely care at this site.

Just your typical Mcdonalds. It is located in a hard place to get out of at certain times ofvthe day

Sick and tired of ordering coffee in the drive through and not getting sugar when requested. Happens more at Diamond Creek than anywhere else.

Worst coffee ever. Rang to complain and management did nothing about it. Scolding hot. Tasted like boiled water with a hint of chocolate. Pathetic

Stopped here because of the playground but unfortunately it wasn't finished yet but I'm sure it will be great. Great service and very clean.

I could not have been happier with my experience with Diamond Creek Maccas today. I’ve never been here before. Service was speedy and delivered to my table. Decor is lovely and new but the best thing by far was the sound proof playground. Woweeeee! This playground is what you’d pay for at an indoor playground without the horrid pump noise from the jumping castles! I got to eat happily in peace ️
